Leading Cases in Constitutional Law, A Compact Casebook for a Short Course, 2019

Rate this book
An annually-revised paperback designed for a single-semester course on constitutional law. The most recent set of teaching materials by four renowned professors, who are co-authors of a long-time favorite - - the much larger Constitutional Law: Cases, Comments & Questions, 10th edition. The new paperback will be published every summer for classroom use in the fall. It will include all the significant cases handed down during the most recent Supreme Court Term. "Leading Cases" contain what one might call "the essentials" for teaching a basic course in constitutional law. The organization of the new compact book will be similar to the much larger Choper - Fallon - Kamisar - Shiffrin casebook (one which will continue to be revised and published) and the big book (which contains many Notes & Questions) will be available as a "resource" book for the smaller one.
