Lost in America: How Your Church Can Impact the World Next Door

Rate this book
Lost in America will motivate Christians, individually and in the church, to think and behave as missionaries right here in North America. The case is made that the church has become marginalized in our society and requires changes to make it relevant in reaching our highly relational, postmodern society. Lost in America helps Christians re- image their church as a mission station and shows them how they can meaningfully offer hope to the unchurched in America.

Though dated the challenges concerning outreach and building relationships outside of the church are still important today.

If you're involved in ministry and concerned about putting a personal face on your church as it looks out to its community, this is the book to wake you up, shake you up and give you some really concrete ideas how to love your community to Christ! It changed our whole church's attitude toward our community and in turn, it has changed our community's attitude about our church...for the good!
