Tales that Entail

Rate this book
The stories are all straight from the heart and emotionally connected to our lives. For every Sheetal who walks in freedom there is a Daniel who recognizes that sovereignty. For every Zoya who comes out of her façade there is an Armaan who lifts the veil of emancipation. For every Jasmeet who loves to love there is a Baskar who tells her what love is not. For every Shalaka who wanders around for unwanted, there is an Anila to give her the lap of compassion. ‘Tales That Entail’, the relationships based short stories collection delivers spontaneously along the twists and turns of the winding roads of life making it entirely worth the time of the readers.

A wonderful collection of 20 short stories by a maiden author. All the 20 stories have characters which you can bear resemblance to. Some of them were just me and my thoughts and with others i could feel my anger, hatred or sympathy. The possibility of being able to strike a chord with each story itself is great.

Women are the "primary" character in all the stories and they are the wife, sister, lover and friend you may have seen or known. They all liberate or empower them self or other women characters in the book.

Waiting to read many more beautiful writings from this author who knows what her reader wants!

One of the best collection of Short stories I have read so far! Each story is beautifully written with an even more beautiful.. Satisfying twist in the end. The endings of each story made the book unputdowanable! I just didn't want the book to get over!
