I live with my family on a small farm in the Northeast Georgia mountains. I write full-time. I was born and raised in Africa, where I wrote radio soapie scripts for around three years — thousands of pages of it. At least that taught me dialogue! I published three short stories in a national magazine and wrote two plays that were successfully staged. Here in the U.S. I earned a masters in theology from Emory University in Atlanta, and self-published four non-fiction books. I feel that the MTS degree was a good move to get my writing started up again. Did they make me write! I've recently completed my first novel, "Yesu's Baboon," of which I am inordinately proud.
