Simple practical tips combine with fun illustrations to create a treasure trove of inspiration, positive encouragement and optimism.
If I am being honest, the only reason why it took me so long to finish this one is because I had left it unfinished for my required reading in uni. It is a rather short read, yet it certainly is informative and can be used for the purpose of providing quick, helpful tips to spark joy in someone’s day.
Fast-paced, concise and easy read. I liked the 101 Ideas, even though they weren't revolutionary or something I hadn't seen or discover myself through my own experiences. Though I appreciate the effort of the author to make the list. I'll transcribe a few into my bullet journal to remember them and practice them.
