Favorite quote: "To be you, you've got to know yourself; and to know yourself, you've got to make space for quiet."

I enjoyed reading this 20-day book on embracing who you really are. The short entries and questions at the end of each day made it an interactive experience. In so many ways I felt like the author's thoughts were so similar to my inner thoughts and I felt connected each day I read. She focused on the lies we tell ourselves and shows us how to reverse those lies to make them our beautiful truth.
