This is both a Bible Study and a How To Book. It presents several passages of scripture, and walks you through using the Lectio Divina method (contemplative Bible reading) to study those passages. I used it as a personal Bible Study for the past couple of months, but it is also set up to use as a group study.

Scripture passages are studied with a focus on context and intent followed by a listening prayer, lectio divina exercise, using that same passage. Reflection questions and bible study notes complete each session. Solid small group offering.

This was the best laid out group Bible study strategy I've seen.Plenty of room for both discussion and introspection, with room for hearing from God in the monastic tradition of waiting for Him to speak to us. The questions are excellent, not artifically leading.
