Hot diggity dayum!! Bear's story was crazy and sexy and intense and I enjoyed the heck out of this ride!
The moment Bear and Meg locked eyes, it was over for both of them. The pull between them was magnetic, their passion was finally ignited, and there was no stopping their collision. And things were beautiful for a time, but it always is at the first blush of love. However, a vengeful sheriff who didn't understand the word 'no' threatened everything these two stood for and their very lives. In order to protect the man she loves, Meg disappears, breaking both of their hearts in the process. Ten years later, she's back on Bear's radar. He's understandably upset, but Meg refuses to allow him to push her away. Their love is still very much alive. Can she win Bear's heart again? And will these two survive the danger headed their way?
Mixed in with the eroticism I've come to expect from this author was a story that had me on the edge of my seat. When would the sheriff show up and what would he do? What did a future for Bear and Meg look like? Crimson Syn always gives me a story full of heart along with sensual intimacy with doses of suspense. I've fallen in love with each one of these Hellbound Lovers and I'm willing to keep on falling. I am ALWAYS entertained and I can guarantee you will be too!

Beat meets Meg at the diner she works at. They fall pretty fast. They have some wild Daddy/Baby girl times. Problem is that the Evil Sheriff(Jeb) has the Hoya for Meg too. Beat should have listened to More Eric Clapton and shot the sheriff when he had the chance. While Bears on a run the Sheriff tries to rape Meg, she escapes and runs away because Jeb threatens to Kill Bear. Bear is heartbroken that he can’t find Meg. 10 years later Meg seeks refuge at Bears new club. She’s been on the run from Jeb for 10 years. Stuff happens and hea. This is a mediocre read. The epilogue although happy left this reader feeling blah.

I love the Hellbound Lovers MC series by Crimson. This novella is a quick read, just as hot, sexy as the other books from this series. This is Bear and Megs love story. This pair found love right from the moment they spotted each other. They plotted a forever only to have it torn from them by one sick and demented sheriff. While Meg went into hiding Bear lost his mind not being able to find her. They lost 10 years together. Bear thought he would never see her again until she happened to walk through the Hellbound Lovers bar looking for refuge by the MC members.
Bear was angry upon seeing her there and may of wanted her gone but he still loved her as she did him. It didn't take long before the pieces of the puzzle came together. This pair got the HEA they deserved and fought to get.
This story was written and can't wait to read more from Crimson in the future.

Hellbound heroes and strong women!
Bear and Meg light a fire from the start. She is a waitress in a diner he pops into and he quickly feels the pull.
Meg is harassed by the local Sherriff who attacked her before. He can't get the idea that she wants nothing to do with him. When Bear sees the way he treats her he immediately steps in.
When she needs a refuge, Bear is there to offer one. But as they grow closer, the Sherriff grows more dangerous.
These two have a heat and a love that is powerful and enduring. The story is a wonderful one of how far two people will go to protect one another. You get a fabulous HEA at the end as well.

This is Bear and Meghan’s story. These two meets when Bear goes into a café where Meg is a waitress, and everything changes for him when he meets her, that is until she suddenly disappears. Now 10-years later these two cross paths again, but will Bear listen to Meg about the reasons she had to leave? When danger comes knocking Bear will do whatever he has to do to protect her. This is a well written story which has off the chart’s chemistry, and is a fast paced, action packed story which is intense, and steamy and I recommend for all.

Where to start?
I'm totally and absolutely head over heels for Bear! I only started reading this author with her contribution to Royal Bastards MC and it's continued with Hellbound Lovers and Death Row Shooters. If anyone out is new to the MC genre I suggest this author be put on your TBR. Can't wait for Fallen Kings!!!$!!!

It's fucked up that the royal bastards didn't do much when he needed them the most. He found his soulmate but a psycho caused 2 much shot that she tried 2 they both bbq will do whatever it takes 2 protect who they love.

Yet one night Meg disappears and she is gone from Bear's life for 10 years until she unknowingly appears back at Bear's door.
Can Bear forgive Meg for leaving him and can he help her outrun her past before it catches up to both of them?
This is another great book in the series which has some interesting twists and turns to leave you wondering what's going to happen next.
I thought Bear was such a great character and I loved how protective he was over Meg right from the first moment he met her. He knew she was being bothered by Sheriff Jebediah Crawford and he stepped in when he needed to. He cared about Meg so much and it gutted him when she left without a word.
I did understand why Meg left and she felt like she was really doing the right thing as she knew how dangerous Jeb could be and she never wanted anything to happen to Bear.
I loved how Meg ended up back at Bear's door and I completely understood why he was so mad at her still.
I loved when Bear figured out what was going on but then things began to get tense as you know someone is close by!
I was shocked at what happened to Meg and where she was located!! I was totally freaking out then for both Meg and Bear!
The end was great and I was so happy with how everything ended!!

Bear is a novella in the ‘’hell bound lovers MC’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and action packed. I read this book in one sitting and was hooked from start to finish. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline gripping.
Derek aka Bear is a biker. Whilst on a run, he meets waitress Meghan Evergreen. From the moment he meets her, he wants her. Only problem is, so does the corrupt Sheriff. After a short amount of time together, Bear and Meghan fall in love. When Meghan disappears whilst he is on a run, Bear is heartbroken. Meghan didn’t want to leave bear but she had no choice. She needed to protect both of them.
Ten years later and Meghan is still running. When she ends up in the same place as bear, will he listen to her? Will bear be able to keep Meghan safe and forgive her for leaving?

I love when a series goes back and we see how things began. That is exactly what Bear by Ms. Syn was like for me. We get to see how the original members came together to form the Hellbound Lovers MC. The book is very well written and the characters, well just wow… I felt like I not only knew them but was feeling all their emotions right along with them.
First we have Meg, who on the one hand is an innocent 21 year old girl but on the other hand she has grown up tough and strong in order to just survive. Her experiences when she met Bear just melted my heart. As for Bear, well is his just that… A big ole teddy bear. OK Maybe he’s just that way with Meg, cuz out in the MC world he is one tough man. But when trouble in the form of a Sheriff causes trouble for Meg and Bear, life gets “real”, really fast. I don’t do spoilers so you’ll just have to read the book but trust me when I say it’s a rough, exciting ride you don’t want to miss out one.

Bear is doing a job for the MC when he comes across Meg. She is a waitress and beautiful. She'd never be interested in him. When Bear sees the town Sheriff Jeb, manhandle Meg, he steps in. That's his chance to protect her. Things heat up between Bear and Meg, but then she disappears from his life for the next 10 years. Those 10 years are hell on Bear. Wondering what happened to her. Where she is at. He's a mess and then she reappears at his club. Hiding those last 10 years from him. Why can't she open up? Why can't he forgive?
Meg thought she did the right thing when she ran off. She was protecting them both from the horrible sh*t Jeb was going to rain down on them. Year after year, Jeb was one step behind her. Then she winds up at Bear's clubhouse, running the bar. She's too afraid to tell Bear the truth of why she ran, but it all comes out. Can she get Bear to understand why she did what she did? What will their future hold?
I liked this story between Bear and Meg. They paired nicely together, like beer and pizza. The subplot was a little boring and slow. But the rest was good.

Ok...just let me get this out of the way, right off the bat. I really cannot stand the whole "daddy", "baby girl", whatever thing. Makes my skin crawl. But that's just me. That being said. I loved this STORY! I loved Bear's story. I..well I loved Meg...not her story because...it was rough! But the love they had together I really loved. I found the story exciting, with enough action to pull me through the whole "daddy" thing (LOL), enough heat that I tended to just plug my ears to their words and fanned myself. There was also a bit of a mean bite during one particular scene with the Sheriff. I wasn't expecting that admission. I wanted to gut the creep myself.
I loved Bear. He was just as she called him. A big sweet bear. But when her life is threatened, that bear stands up with a roar to match any angry grizzly.
It was nice hearing a couple of recognized names from other MC's and the MC's. So, if you like the whole "daddy/baby girl" thing or not...the story itself if so worth it. Fairly fast read and I definitely recommend this book.

Bear is a deliciously steamy novella set in the Hellbound Lovers world and it’s written by author Crimson Syn. It takes place ten years before Wolf, which is the first book in the series. Therefore, it can be read as a standalone mc romance, although I do recommend that you read the other books in the series. They are some of my favorite biker romances.
Bear’s story begins while on a run in Pennsylvania. When a bad storm rolls through, he decides to head into a diner to wait it out. Bear is a deliciously steamy novella set in the Hellbound Lovers world and it’s written by author Crimson Syn. It takes place ten years before Wolf, which is the first book in the series. Therefore, it can be read as a standalone mc romance, although I do recommend that you read the other books in the series. They are some of my favorite biker romances.
Bear’s story begins while on a run in Pennsylvania. When a bad storm rolls through, he decides to head into a diner to wait it out. He meets Meg, one of the waitresses, and they fall hard and fast for each other. Although another guy wants Meg, and he’s not happy with her dating Bear. He threatens her and she disappears, which breaks Bear’s heart. Fast forward ten years and Meg happens to walk into his clubhouse. Will he let her explain why she left?

4.5 stars. Intense is the best word to describe this book. Meg and Bear aka Derek met when she was working and their chemistry was hot af. It was instant attraction. After these two got together they were joined at the hip. But when his MC club takes him away for the night, an event that has her leaving and on the run to save him, the love of her life.
Fast forward 10 years and she is still on the run, and thankfully runs right into Bear and his club. This book was intense and fast paced from the beginning. So many emotions in this book. You could feel their love and all the pain from their separation, soulmates. It was a safe read for me. They were separated for 10 years, which made me sad, but she wasn’t with anyone and if he was, it was never mentioned. He was her first and only. We got some daddy play and spanking from these two. Dirty talking and a hella lot of heat. Lotsa baby batter, epilogues and an hea.

Bear was a biker, he had his eyes on Meg, she worked in a diner - and she was currently the object of affection for the crooked Sheriff -> Jebediah Crawford; he wasn't a nice man.
As Bear and Meg got to know each other, they had a definite mutual attraction to each other, they started a hot and heavy relationship, when Jeb found out, he threatened Bear with a crime that had happened, he would pin it on him if he didn't comply with the Sheriff's requests - Meg was the object of a beating by the Sheriff, she knew he was bad news and that he would do something to Bear, so she left town.
Ten years later she surfaced, working at a bar that Bear owned - he would finally get his answers - why had she up and left, no explanations - he would get them now and he did; Jeb had never stopped looking for her, he was always one step behind her, Bear certainly made Jeb pay for what he had done to both him and Meg.

Bear is a novella of the Hellbound Lovers MC series and a short, action packed, fast paced, steamy, and a fantastic read! Bear meets Meg on a rainy night, when he goes into the cafe she works at to get out of the rain. They fall quick and hard for each other, but then Meg disappears. Many years later they are at the same place at the same time, but will Bear listen to her story? Will they have their HEA? The characters are well developed, easy to like, and their chemistry is breathtaking. Once you dive into this book you will not be able to put it down, I definitely recommend it as a book you don't want to miss reading.

Let me start off by saying how much I love the Hellbound Lover origin stories!!!! Seriously, If you read any of the original books, these are an amazing backstory, and if you haven’t read them yet and love MC books, why not?
Okay, now, Bear is one of my favorites, so Meg was almost good enough for him. Their story works for such a pivotal character, and if you want to shoot Jedidiah yourself as you’re reading, right there with you!
As always with these men, the sex is hot, raunchy at times, and as spot on as possible... hmmm

This is an exciting story about one of the founders of the Hellbound Lovers MC, Bear (Derek Matheson) and Meg Evergreen. It starts with how they meet and the reason why Meg disappears out of his life for ten years, and then to where they meet up again, there is danger in this fast paced, action packed novella, can Bear protect Meg from the enemy that has hounded her for those years? I loved every minute of it.

We have Bear’s story! I love this Hellbound Lovers MC series and this novella was another piece to the puzzle that fit perfectly. Bear fell for Meg the first time he saw her, and Meg was right there with him. You can feel the chemistry through your screen. I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough. There’s drama, danger, suspense and lots of sexy scenes. Bear had so much in to offer in a great book. You could read this as a standalone, but I encourage you to start the series tonight.

My heart be still!
Love this MC series and this novella was amazing. It explains how “Bear” and Meg came to be. These two didn’t have it easy, but did love prevail? These two characters have chart topping chemistry and I hoped they would end up together. I truly enjoyed this as Bear and Meg are two of my favorites in this series. I highly recommend this book!

Bear is amazing. I want Bear so much to be real. OMG I love him so hard right now. This book is going to make you so angry when it is over because it is over and all you want is to keep reading more. Fantastic and intriguing. The storyline flows so good and the characters will make you fall head over heels in love with them. This book is steamy and swoon worthy. Get it now.

Wow, this book is the sweetest, most hottest read ever! Bear is ALL MAN, when I say ALL MAN, I mean he takes charge, he tells you what to do and most of all he calls you "Baby Girl" . He's gruff and sweet at the same time, those two definitely belonged together, I thought Ryder was alpha, but Bear take the cake on that one, well done miss Crimson!
