A System of Caucasian Yoga

Rate this book
Guided by the wishes of many seekers and researchers, we have decided to give a complete new life to this obscure Walewski Manuscript, making it more understandable where possible, while also keeping the original style, mistakes and contents intact. The following pages present a digitalised facsimile of the teachings that were passed to Count Walewski. Originated from a rarely encountered secret society in the area of the Caucasian mountains, this manuscript unifies indigenous occult doctrines with those of yoga and mystical traditions of Zoroastrianism. In these valuable notes from generations past, readers will get a deeper insight into the various yogic and occult techniques for rejuvenation and development of their minds and bodies.Furthermore, for the first time in literature for a wider public, is the explanation of how to construct and practically use the ancient Egyptian power rods for directing energy currents. We hope this edition will provide more clarity and easier research for this unique, yet not forgotten system.

This is an interesting book. I saw parallels between the practical exercises in this book and the practical techniques expounded by Boris Mouravieff. A worthy read by any students interested in piecing together the origins of certain systems and traditions, however, far from my first choice for actual practical exercise.
