An action-packed, passion-packed book from the very first chapter! Sometimes you need people to believe in you so you can begin to believe in yourself. Rain has friends like that, friends who believe the best of her even though she doesn't, who encourage her and would risk their lives for her. The twists and turns in this sequel had my head spinning (in a good way) and my jaw dropping. This author can paint such a vivid picture and describe the characters' emotions so well that it's as though I can feel their grief and anger and passions. Another captivating story, so beautifully and perfectly written, and I will be anxiously waiting to read the third part!!

Ok, I finally finished the book and my first comment after reading the pov of Lucian is "WOW!!" I don't know what to say. I will say she is so emotional. I don't think she knows her up from down. I'm biased so I like anything Lucian does. I have to read this book again because there are some points that I missed or am just clueless about. I wonder what the endgame for this will be. And I don't get why they are tied together and if she loved him what would it matter....Ugh, my thoughts are still confused. I'm looking forward to the last book. In the meantime, I'm going to read the first two books over again.

Another Amazing Book by AJ Adwen. I love it! I read this one in two days. It is beyond Captivating. The end leaves me wanting more. I am intrigued by these books and not something I would normally ready but cannot wait for #3 to be released. Want a good book to read that will grab you right from the start? Read this trilogy and it will be one that will be on your mind for days! I love it and cannot give it enough stars!

Great job, it had me sitting for hours in order to finish it. I love how the characters grew together in this book. The twists and turns will have everyone guessing until the end of the book. Like always another fantastic book to put on your to-read list for all you book lovers. Great work once again to A.J. Adwen and waiting patiently for book three to come out next year.

AMAZING

I can not tell you how exciting it is to see this book being released for everyone to read now. It is romantic, energizing and will have you hooked from the beginning. Veodue Fire is an amazing sequel to the first book and A.J. Adwen has done an amazing job with her creatively and vision for her stories.

Better than book 1

This story is much better and grabs you from the very first chapter. Enjoyed all the characters and how the story umfolds between them all. Very interested to see where how the story wraps up in the final book.

I was blessed to be asked by the author to read her draft and provide feedback on the story, and I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY with how good this book is. It is full of twists that I never expected, which kept me on my toes. I was highly anticipating the follow up to Othrinia's Rain, and I assure you, I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. I couldn't be more excited about how this story is progressing! If you haven't had a chance to read Othrinia's Rain, do so now, so that you are ready whenever Veodue's Fire is released!!! I will be buying this book as soon as it is released.....and it CANNOT happen soon enough!!! I highly highly recommend this book to everyone!

Allison J. Kennedy has done it again with another well written novel. She knows what her readers want to see and what she wants the characters to sound like. If you like fantasy, suspense and love triangles this is the series for you to pick up. In the series you will have characters you love and characters you hate.

Some you will even learn to love throughout the book. I love Rain and how she is independent, caring and hell on wheels so to speak. She cares for her family, but wants to fit in with her true life. Love is another story which you will have to pick up this book to find out who Rain chooses.

I highly recommend all of Allison J. Kennedys books for you to read.
