Auctioned To The Master

Rate this book
"Get in there," he orders.
I don't have the energy to argue.
I'm really tired of being locked in cells, threatened and not being allowed to make my own decisions.
I climb into the cage and close the door on myself.
I swallow hard, trying not to show fear.

"You know who is going to buy you, sweet human?"
"This lovely clan from northern Nevada. "
"Their favorite pastime is setting humans free in the desert, usually naked with no shoes, and hunting them down. "
"But I bet for you, they'd play with you a bit longer..."

All I ever wanted was to save humanity. To be able to find a cure.
And look at where I am now?

A giant rock begins to grow in my stomach as they yank the sheet off my cage.
I sand up.
I put on a defiant face, looking out at the crowd.

Then I see him.
He's in the middle of the crowd, staring right at me.
The Master.

My breath catches in my throat.

"Five thousand," someone else calls out.
"Ten thousand," The Master calls.
I let out a choked gasp.

"Twice!?" the auctioneer asks.

Oh boy...
What's going to happen now?

Hi! I am Daniella and writing is my life. It was not until very recently that Fiffy and I finally got the courage to follow our dream and become full time authors.

Even though I am the only one writing, Fiffy is always here to assist me with inspiration.

My characters are like people inside my head that won’t leave me alone until I give them life on paper. I really enjoy writing fantasy romances and I’m thrilled to be doing it full time.

Thank you so much for reading my books!

Regin and Jade the Scientist

The story was very good, especially the fight scenes where all different Shifters were in the battles. Regin and Jade seem to be a perfect couple and with her pregnancy I would love to have had a follow up book.
You do not know if they moved back to New York
Or if they stayed in their community. Very good story.

Pretty good

Interesting story with equally interesting writing make this easy to read. Not really understanding the shifter twist where shifters don’t have the same species in one family. A bird and a big cat are sisters of the same family? And how the heck does a shark shifter survive in Montana? The HEA was a bit brief and anticlimactic but not bad. Happy reading

This was new for me, as I’m not a huge fan of shifter romances at all, but thrown in a virus and you had me willing at least.

Jade and Reign make a power couple to me, and I feel like this book was good, but could have been much better. I agree with other comments that in the shifter world, a lot happens, but even some things are hard for us fantasy readers to piece together so easily. Such as different shifter species being siblings and what not…maybe build on that a bit, like how it’s possible to make a quick note on how things were so screwed that in the midst of surviving, families kind of just joined up and came together.

This could have been an awesome RH, if you know what characters I’m talking about, but stands tall with a single couple as well. Decent read, a little bit of everything, just a rushed ending, and could have used some more explanation.

Overall? 4
Plot? 3.5
Spice? 3.5
Triggers? I don’t believe so, but always check your warnings

I received this book as a gift through BookSprout as and advanced read copy, and I would like to give an honest opinion of what I read,

To be honest I didn’t really know what to expect as I started reading this story. But it really caught my attention. Daniella has such a way with words that as she describes each character you can make them out in your mind. They become real individuals. Add to that her ability to describe the locations that they are at and the circumstances as well...it is so vivid. I started this book in the morning and finished it close to midnight. I just couldn’t put it down.

Jade Collins is the lead scientist working with both a company and the CDC, It seems that there is now a very horrible virus going around. They call it the Super-Virus. They are having a hard time trying to find a vaccine for this virus as it keeps changing on them. Mary, Jades boss tells her that they are sending Jade and her team to Montana to find a shifter village and try to get some blood samples because of the ability to heal quickly and seem to be immune to some diseases. Jade is a little floored she doesn’t even think that they exist. She has her team go out and get the hiking and camping gear for the trip.

Things don’t go as planned when Jade and her team get to the Sifter village. Talk about things going side ways.

Regin is trying to keep his village safe. Now he has a team of people that are telling him they are scientist and that there is a killer virus in the world. To top it off he doesn’t expect to meet a person like Jade. Now his world is thrown side ways. But there are other things creeping in the woods that will take great delight and destroying Regin’s village. Now the real question will everyone make it out alive.

First and foremost, I could seriously kick myself, for taking so long to pick up and devour this book.

This release, Auctioned To The Master, by Ms. Daniella Wright, is beyond incredible. This amazingly designed, paranormal romance, is, quite honestly, perfection in book form. I used to read paranormal romances quite often, however, over the years, I have drifted away from them, and this release has pulled me right back in...
Gladly.

This unbelievably addictive publication centers around Jade, a devoted researcher, trying to come up with a cure for the current outbreak, for a Super Virus, that is fatally attacking the human race. The powers that be are sending Jade, as well as a small team of Scientists, to collect Shifter blood samples. The problem is that she has never seen them, and doesn't know what to look for. Jade was told that a guide will lead her team to a Shifter's village; which brings her right into the path of their leader, Regin. Nothing is going as planned, and as these two fated characters fight their undeniably strong attraction, the inevitable result will be explosive. Within these wonderfully designed pages, there is intrigue and drama, as well as a beautiful love story, that I encourage all romance fans to read. Trust that you will not be disappointed with Ms. Wright's work ever. Daniella is a gifted Author, who continues to craft amazing scenarios that reel you right in, and don't let you go until the very end. I loved this book.

I was beyond fortunate to have requested an advanced reader's copy of Auctioned To The Master in exchange for my honest & voluntarily given opinion.

Ms. Wright, I would sincerely like to congratulate you, on your continued success!

I was excited to read this book based on the blurb. However, the auction was such a small part of the book. It didn't really make sense to build that up. Hey, whatever.

A nasty super virus is spreading all across the globe. It's airborne and shows no mercy to anyone. A team of scientist are being sent to a remote Shifter village. Hoping to get their blood and make a vaccine. Jade is charged with getting blood samples from the shifters. What she and her team get is tossed into jail. The shifters are wary of outsiders. They don't care what happens to humans. Can Jade get them to change their minds?

The leader Regin takes a liking to Jade. She is not afraid of him or his bear. Not a shifter, which is what he needs to grow the shifter population, he can't stay away from her. It's not long before he scents that she feels the same way too. How can he be sure she is not a spy for the other shifter camps? He is careful, but Jade puts him at ease and he starts to believe her. When Jade runs, Regin goes after her, only to find her at an auction.

Ok, as I said, the auction was a small part of the book. The rest was about a super virus hitting humans. When one of their own gets sick, they start treating him with a vaccine, he is patient 1. However, they stop talking about him, once the war breaks out. I really wanted to know if he lived or died. For a shifter book, it was okay.

Jade is full of spunk, I liked that about her. She didn't back down, no matter what she faced. She is a great character. Regin, he didn't seem like a leader to me. He kept himself locked away from his people, until the battle.

This was such an enjoyable book, Jade Collins is a scientist and is charge of finding a cure for the Super virus that’s killing the people all over the world , different strains keep cropping up and taking out more people. So now the CDC and the government wants Jade and her team to go to Montana up into the mountains and get some shifters blood to test that could potentially cure everyone, not believing they even exist at all she is giving no choice but to go. But once there the shifters are not to happy to see them and think they are spy’s coming from Drillus an evil shifter trying to take over there land and his people but Regin will never let that happen not now not ever so he locks them up in cells until he decided what to do with them and find out why they are really there. Catra is Regin’s second in charge and she goes to integrate Jade because she acts like the one in charge of the humans and after some time she reports what she has found out is that they really are scientists wanting there blood to find a cure for her people. Regin decides to speak to this Jade himself and when he meets her he likes what he sees, she is strong, smart and doesn’t back down and that makes him like her even more. What happens to them all, do they find the cure and save everyone and what happens between the alpha Regin and herself because it’s getting harder to ignore the hot tension going on between them. Read this amazing book you won’t be disappointed.

Truth or dare

Jade had a job do. Find a shifter village and convince them to allow her blood samples. She was hoping she could develop a vaccine for the deadly virus affecting the human world. Jade had to convince their leader, Regan of her sincerity. She had to make him see that she wasn't a threat to his people. He developed a lot more than just seeing her honesty. When she escapes and tries to get out of the valley, she gets captured by Regan's enemy. That triggers the war between the shifters. Jade has to save Regan for her own reasons. You will have to read the book to find out how, what, and why. I really enjoyed this book even when the fighting was bloody. This is a little bit different than my normal reading material, but I try a variety of books. But I know you will enjoy this book. It is mildly sexual in a few places, so I guess you would have to say it's for adults only.

Auctioned to the Master. I enjoyed this book more than I expected. It grew on me. End of the world books are not my top choice, but I do like a good story. This was a shifter fantasy story that did intrigue me. Jade is a microbiologist along with her colleagues trying to find a cure for a Super-virus plaguing the world. She has a hunch that maybe the shifter community can help them find a vaccine that will destroy the virus. But instead she gets caught in war among the shifters and no one wants to help humans. Jade has to show them how important it is to save humans and the world. Concept Good, Ending Bad

The whole premise of the book was about a pandemic that was wiping out humanity, and the only thing that would save them was an antivirus created from shifter blood. Things get crazy with a shifter war. The heroine finds out she’s pregnant, and then... everything was just anti-climactic after that. A single gunshot in the middle of a massive brawl ends the whole thing, the two hero’s fall into each other’s arms, and then what... a big fat nothing! There should have been at least an Epilogue to conclude the pandemic and where the shifters ended up. Very disappointing.

This is a well written book with strong characters in Jade,a scientist and Regin, leader of his village. She's looking for a cure , he's looking out for his people. The author does a great job developing the story and painting her scenes in detail. She brings action and suspense as well as the growing romance and hot chemistry. It's an entertaining story with a bit of humor and lots of love. I enjoyed reading.

Well, I was pleasantly surprised.
I was given the opportunity to pre read this book for an honest review. Daniella’s form of writing was fresh for me. This is the first book I have read by her. I have a strict no spoiling policy but try and give my view whether it may suit someone else too. One must have a tolerance for reading BDSM, and not take offence on the use of a Sub/Slave. If you are prepared to be heated this one is for you.
Looking forward to reading more of her work.

Character development needs work

I was prepared for an easy read but something about the characters didn’t resonate with me. The unbelievably successful young scientists put in charge of saving humanity; glossing over the criminal elements of the shifter society and easy acceptance of their captives; the “auction” which should have been a pivotal scene given the books title was pretty flat; and the relationship between the 2 lead characters seems hollow. All in all, not one I would recommend.

She just wanted to save humanity from a super virus by creating a vaccine she ends up being captured and auctioned off by shifters she went to visit for help. Regin, a shifter from another village buys her and sparks fly between the two but war is breaking out between the shifters, will Jade be caught in the middle? Fast-paced read with loads of drama suspense and steam. A great shifter read with great characters and an entertaining story. I liked it.

Researchers are attempting to find a cure for the human population. A possible cure might be found within a myth. Jade and her team are sent to find a shifter community that may hold all the answers.

This is an action packed, suspense read that leaves you wondering if this can actually be real someday. Can’t help but love the characters. A great read.

False title...

Reign and Jade ... ok so this is actually about a killer virus needing a vaccine and about two shifter clans fighting for territory with an auction thrown in and some skirmishes and some sex, the characters are good but the story feels a little all over the place and rushed then drawn out and didn’t seem completed but just cut off with a stale ending. I didn’t hate the read but I kinda feel like I was let down. Just my opinion...

The title does not do justice to this book. The story starts with a mega virus that is basically killing off mankind. One group of scientists will go find the hidden shifters in a hope that their blood may be the key to a cure. But nothing is ever simple or easy. There will be plenty of fighting and action. The romance builds and becomes so much more. So don’t expect any soft submissive female to bow to her master. She might make him bow to her though.

Most of book was great read. Ending left me disappointed 😞

The fight scenes were very well written and felt like I was on the actual side line watching it all. I was disappointed in the ending though. I guess I was expecting a better ending with all the writing of the fight scenes. Got excited to read what would happen with Jade and Reign only to be left feeling cheated of a great ending to go with the rest of the book.

I wasn't sure what this book was about when I started to read it and the title made me thing it was more on the bdsm theme, but I was surprised to find it was a para romance. Normally I don't read para romance but this was interesting to say the least, mixed with a scientist trying to save the world from a super-virus it kept me in the edge of seat not knowing what would come next. Good book.

Not what I expected.

Just from reading the description i thought this book was going to be about something else. The auction is a very small part of this. It's basically a end of world virus and Jade has to create a vaccine. There are shifters and there is a war. It's good, just not what I expected.

I liked it a lot

It was intriguing for me. Is the first time I had read a book about other kind of shifters. I had my face share of shifters books but it was my first time ever I read about sneaks, crocodile and others. It was good. I like it but I was expecting little more 🔥& romance in it because of the book cover but not so much! Lol
Good book tho. 👍👍👍😘😘😘
