Hate Rules is the third book in the Rules of Love serie. I didn't really like the story but I didn't not like it either. My biggest issue was that I didn't really like the characters, especially James.

Samantha is from a rich family her family owns Green Industries but she wants to make it on her own. James Black is the CEO of Black Corporate Hotel Chains. Samantha and James meet when she hoes for a job interview with James' father. James is mean and hateful during the interview. Samantha lands the job and works for James until a family emergency. When Samantha is gone James realizes how much he liked her. Will they meet again? Will there be a HEA?

Hate Rules is a fast paced short story. From the start, Samantha and James are opposites, enemies...until they are not. At times, is tough to say who hates who more. When it all goes away, they realize maybe they miss each other. The banter between the couple is entertaining throughout the story,

This book was fun to read. James hates Samantha at first sight and then she comes in as his PA. These two have some great banter and interesting conversations. Samantha suddenly resigns, and James realises that he misses her. What will James do without her? Where did she go? Will he ever see her again? A good story for a bit of lighthearted reading!!

Thin line between love and hate

This was a very quick paced story. James is a very big jerk to Samatha from the first meeting when she’s interviewing for a job but despite that they find a way into each other’s hearts. The banter between the two was very amusing and you might shed a tear or two at parts.

OK, first off. James is the alpha jerk that I wanted him to be in this book, and I loved AND hated him at the same time. Then there's Sam, who doesn't put up with him and puts him in his place when she needs to. Together, these two are a dynamic duo, an explosion of angry lust - which makes this short read a powerful read as well. I loved the twists, loved the angst, love this couple!

Samantha Hagan and James Black can’t stand each other! From the moment these two lay eyes on each other, they start tearing each other down. So, why do they want to strip each other down at the same time? Love hate relationships should never work but these two are scorching hot together. There is a thin line between love and hate. And Samantha and James keep straddling that line. This book will keep you laughing at their antics. And sad at times. I highly recommend this book. Quick read that will touch you.

Hate Rules by Aubrie Lee is a contemporary office romance. It's a quick and fun read with just a touch of heat. Samantha and James were fun getting to know and their interactions were great both whennot so friendly and then when the heat turned up.

That story was funny and steamy. I loved how Samatha made James life kind of hard😂. Freaking loved their banter and how they slowly fell in love. Sometimes I wanted to slap James for his attitude but well he came around in the end😂😂 A great read for a cozy evening and totally safe
