I love reading and writing. I'm a mother to two teens and two Siamese cats. I've got an associate degree of creative writing and am a full-time author. I write paranormal cosy mysteries with heroines who are quirky, kind, and love to right wrongs and get justice. I also love to make people laugh and give them an awesome escape, which is why I tell stories.

Lily tries to help a neighbor and comes to regret it. Well, not regret regret, but irritated at the nuisance the person turns out to be. But there are some big hurdles to resolve the issues that have their neighbor camped in their home and throwing parties using Angelica's best plates.

This awesome story continues to be involved with lots of twists and turns, as well as a lot of Lily's angst at trying to figure out her new life in the U.K., her life in general, her place in the magic world, etc., etc. But in this book, we see more clearly than ever Lily's special place in the magical world, and her awesome potential.

One thing is certain: Lily is on her way to becoming ONE BADASS WITCH.

Dionne does it again... I love this series

I’m absolutely loving this series! I’m so invested, I’m second guessing characters decisions and trying to read between the lines .... such a good series.
This book shows us a little more depth to Lily’s power and helps ingrain Imarni into our hearts.
It’s clean, it’s got humour and mystery and best of all ... no spelling and grammar issues!!!
I’d definitely recommend this book series!

Witches, ghosts, and shady, maybe even criminal, real estate agents? Sounds like a job for Lily that will be fun. It wasn't fun. Death and destruction play a part when wayward witches plot against ordinary folks. Even PIB agents face death and injury. Guess which witch ad libs some new powers to level the playing field. It wouldn't be a cozy if we lost the hero or heroine, so no surprise, but it makes for a good story that was fun to read.

Action packed

Mysterious hauntings, a robust and corrupt real estate scheme, an annoying neighbor guest, the fake break up of Will and Lily and that’s just the beginning. The hunt for the conspirators continues and danger is lurking just about everywhere. But Lily and the gang are true heroes and are building a case to take them down. This is an un put downable series! Once you read book one you’ll be hooked and be unable to stop reading!

oh. my. God. I don't have words for how much I enjoyed this one. it made me. cry, it made me laugh. I've never been so heartbroken and so angry about the things that happened in a book.

dionne Lister has played with my heart in ways I didn't think an author could do, and I can't freaking wait to see what's next for lily.

but also if anything happens to Will, I riot.

Taking a contemporary scenario - real estate trends in a small community - and twisting it with a dash of PIB complexity. The underlying ominous portents are building, too.

Refreshing that heavy use of magic is really exhausting - and sometimes more depleting than that, depending on the circumstances.

Another fun read!

Property fraud

A string of properties are being sold at less than market price, Lily's neighbour finds her house haunted and then Lily gets a job as a estate photographer, after that things escalate as usual.

I’m so damn giddy about this book. The series arc is so fabulous, while the book’s arc settles in so perfectly that the story is effortless.

Great twists and overall developments. And yes, the ending. Bloody well loved it. Cue happy sigh.

Highs and lows.

Such an easy read flowing through the ups and downs of the investigation. I found this group of stories through the title as my parents live in Westerham. The quality of the writers description of the local area is excellent.

Spellbinding series

I just discovered this series last week. I just finished book 7 about to start book 8. I have been reading a book a day because I hate to put it down. If that doesn't tell you it's a series worth your time to read I don't know what would convince you.

Do you believe in ghosts? An invasion of ghosts, properties selling below market value and once again Lily ends up involved. Love the way the characters develop along with relationships. Can't wait for the next one.

I hope she writes 100 of these books! 1000! Will is an awesome agent and I’m so glad his undercover is over and him and Lily are together together. Even using the L word! Can’t wait until her brothers baby is born and hopefully there will be more storyline on B soon!

More evil

Well the PIB just can't catch a break. Lily finds herself in another investigation. All the while wondering how Will is. In the end we do find out about Will. As I have said before I like it when's more in the story then not.
