A great backstory on how John left the Army and what he was involved with before becoming a Deputy Sheriff. Highly detailed in drug interdiction in the early period before the joint military efforts. Great read!
Good read with well known main character in John. Nice to see his intro into the life work after the army . A bunch of characters to keep track of in the story. I found myself having to re read some portions. I did truly enjoy the book.
