My sincerest apologies for the two-star rating. But I do not think this specific novel has the capability to go above that. While, perhaps to a beginner, the facts were notable and understandable, they were very repetitive throughout the 200+ page analysis. Knowledge from the first chapters resurfaced in the last. How to show positive body language, different emotions, etc...
The most fascinating part of this book to me was how in each of the MBTI pages, types were misprinted. ISTJ suddenly became INTJ in 'Career Paths', while the 'Famous INFP' heading was copied and pasted for everything after INFP itself. Furthermore, typos were prominent within nearly every 5 pages.
Finally, I understood that the target audience was most likely *not females* due to the overly subjective viewpoint on women. The author writes about men's body language with a personal tone, while with women's body language he communicates as if he is talking to the reader about their wives. The word 'submissive' was used in nearly every paragraph for this section.... Women can be submissive, but that doesn't mean that everything in their body language is highlighting that they are.
(As a side note, right from the start, the author pretty much assumes that we are all middle-aged men with a wife and two kids...)
Overall, with large font and wide spacing, the book was easy to read. The facts were there. But next time, I'd wish for the editors to accurately delete the typos and misprints.

good beginner book

Bringing up the basics of what to look for is well explained. However better examples of useful cases to look up would be helpful. The practice of seeing pictures along with the written words would be more helpful.
