Demons United MC #2

Demon's War : Retribution

Rate this book
The psychopath inside me clawed to be free and soon enough, I would oblige him. I would let him loose on all who were involved in this.

Akira "Kira" Masters came to Georgia intending to seek the protection of her best friend's brother, Demon, the President of Demons United MC. However, Kira and Demon become close, and a relationship develops.

But in the process of club troubles, Demon gets arrested and Kira gets taken. As Demon struggles to control his inner monster, he fights to save Kira and their unborn child while dealing with a traitor, the FBI, the rival biker group The Hells Henchmen, and an enemy known only as The Foreigner.

Don't mess with Demons United MC!!!!!

Wrong moves Adrian the German, Mike Garcia: the inside traitor, Douglas Hendricks: the pawn, the Henchmen MC and 'The Foreigner' because now the Prez ( Austin aka Demon, VP (Daniel aka Razor) and the brothers of Demons United MC no longer are following the code and now killing them all in a turf war... even the mothers of the kidnapper/enemies....

Payback is a b@tch and now even Kira's uncle, Abasi, Demon's father Rev, and prison friends of Rev are all trying to get Kira and Chantal back...

DEATH was GHASTLY!

SO Retribution time was ON!

but again another dreaded cliffhanger! Dang NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

10 STARS!!!!!!!!!

Not one love scene was to be read in this second installment of Demons United between the main character, Demon and his wife, Kira. There was one love scene but it wasn't between Demon and Kira.
This book was mostly about her kidnapping and tracking her down and also the development of Razor's love life. Lots of violence in this book as well. We learn Demon will kill literally anyone who gets in his way to find Kira. It was interesting to read, but I could have done without so much violence and more love.

What a ride!

I have to say that Demon's United M.C. keeps me coming back for more. Kira and Austin "Demon" are ride or die power couple. Throw into the mix their crazy family, extended family and friends and it gets real. Loved Razor and Chantal they definitely have a story all their own to tell. So do Dani and J.D. Great follow up to book. Thus was a nail biting page turner and I just couldn't put it down.

Wow!

Demon is the Prez and Razor is the VP they don't play around when it comes to the women in their life. This was a continuation from the previous book with more deaths and retribution can't wait for the final outcome.

In the second installment of Demon’s story we find out why they call him Demon. For any of the Demon’s United enemies, may I suggest thinking before crossing them, especially if you are supposed to be a part of his crew.

This time around the darkness is allowed to surface because Kira was kidnapped. Before that someone attempted to murder Demon. Just shot him down. The man was already going through it because his woman left him. However, the shooter did him a favor of sorts. If Demon hadn’t been in the hospital fighting for his life, Kira May never have come back to him.

Well, once they touched his woman, all bets were off. Uncle was called and true to his reputation he brings the pain. Bio weapons! Really, Uncle? That’s how we get down these days? Man I wouldn’t wish that on my worst enemy, let alone their mother. Yikes!

We also get a glimpse of Razor’s love life. He has a very interesting relationship with an ADA who he grew up with. She is a feisty, hard-headed woman with a mouth and attitude bigger than anything.

This one ended on another cliffhanger. Part three is coming so I need to prepare for more shenanigans from Demon and the crew.

Good Good!

Loved every moment of this story and the dynamics of the relationships in the story. I loved that we got to see some powerful families and what people will do for love and family. There were parts in the story ,where their are some grizzly moments but they fit the crime. Now for the moments I didn't like and I think it's when Dani has her meltdown its just a tad much. The ending it just abruptly ends on a conversation. We don't get to see the girls come home settle back into their lives are try to. This was such a good follow-up to the first story, just wanted to see everyone interact when things go quite for a while.

Good

I loved getting mostly demon pov, often in these stories we don't get enough of the man's thoughts. The torture with Jax went on too long, not because of the violence, I enjoy that but it dragged on. Rev friends from prison being racists was an odd choice, I still don't understand it. Chantal was bordering on annoying, the sassy as personality can be grating & redundant. Dani has been insufferable for two books now. She's a lost cause. Obviously I loved demon & Kira chemistry from the first book but they weren't together much during this story which is understandable but they need to have a talk to resolve the previous drama, hopefully that happens.

Love this series

Well, this is more like a combo of MC/Mafia, and you also get a combo of Demon aka Austin with his wife Kira and Razor aka Daniel with his woman Chantal. Dang, how can you go wrong?!Two stories, really!
This book has so much twists and turns that will keep you at the edge of your seat. Will Demon and his crew able to rescue his wife? What happened is not for the faint of heart...

Demon’s War

The continuation brought forth more clarity on why the war began (obsession)…

Demon pushed Kira away unconsciously, due to the fractured mind to keep all safe within his protection…

Kira hopped on a plane and left without having a crucial conversation…

Demon was being set up by jealous associates…

Kira returned only to be taken and held by…

Now that the key players were identified, what will happen…

Damon's War

Man this series gets me so exited. The suspense and retaliation keeps me turning the pages just to see what's next. The Deamon's and Uncle are no one to play with. This book was recommended by UniqueWord Llc.

Another wild ride.
Uncle had to keep flying back bc of the pickle Kira and Demon kept finding themselves in.

I enjoyed the intro to Chantal and her relationship with razor. Hope she doesn’t freak out

Time to get the foreigner

A MAJOR improvement

Glad I stuck with this series, I felt the first was very good but extremely rushed. This 1 was perfectly paced. I also loved the added bonus of Raz and Chan , I hope we continue to see them in the next installment.

3 good read, but I hated that the main characters were apart majority of the book. Razor and Chan need their own book. I couldn't focus on their chapter's because I wanted to know what would happen with Kira and Demon. I hope the next book can balance out the action with the romance. Let the reader read/see why the MC feel in love and make us believe it

Again not for the faint of heart!

This series is definitely reminiscent of a more hardcore motorcycle club. Definitely going to read the next in the series. Demon definitely has very conflicting emotions and I love that he is so loving and caring towards Kira. These books do contain violence but these fellas do love their women!!

Patience (some minor spoilers)

There’s a saying: “if you have nothing good to say, then leave it unsaid unless it is something constructive.” Reading this required a lot of patience. Was this part of the story about Demon/Austin and his gigantic ego or about saving his wife & child because at every turn, he not only took the opportunity to stroke his own ego and violent tendencies but also brag about DemonsUnited as the finish. The enemy was _always_ one step ahead and every move he made was reactionary and driven by emotion, self-importance & pride rather than being more well thought out as he leads the charge to find his pregnant wife with the aid of 1) an ex-special forces serviceman, 2) a world renowned weapons runner, and 3) the previous head of his current territory whom even a bunch of white-supremacist are willing to follow despite their own racism, all of which traditionally are known for planning ahead rather than running around like chickens with their heads cut off.

Why pre tell weren’t any of these women better guarded considering the sheer number of motor-bike club members? After Kira was kidnapped that should have been evidence enough that the rules of engagement were changing and DemonsUnited leadership should have naturally adapted to the new environment regarding the safety of their lady folk. This story has a good, promising plot that (imho) is totally ruined by an ego-maniac stuck in a juvenile state of mind…where is his growth and evolution?

And the way these men talk to their women/siblings/daughters … just wow. So far, J.D. is the only exception when it comes to verbal disrespect towards his lady because I’m not gonna judge him & Dani’s kink 😏. Razor also gets a bit of a pass too, just barely. I really want to like this series but 🤷🏽‍♀️… if it was reworked (mainly Austin’s development) I think it could be really good and a fun read. Demon needs to grow up considering the caliber of leader-types who are following his lead and throwing their resources behind him. His club needs to evolve in lieu of the company they are now keeping.

Man listen. I never knew I would be THAT chick. The one who is literally head over heels over a character that I read in a book. Yet here I stand. Fully enamored with the character of Razor. He was great in the first of this series and he was only there briefly but man oh man did I get my fill of him in this 2nd book of this sexy dark biker series. Kira and Demon were still front and center and the danger was felt throughout but buddy let me say that Razor in all his bad-boy glory has a sweet protective side that was revealed in this book and I was HERE. FOR. IT. The introduction of The Reverend added a particular layer that showed some well-needed background for Demon and why he is the way he is. I'm on the fence about Rev so I'm reserving judgment for the rest of the series to see how I feel about him. This book was a worthy follow up to its predecessor and I can't wait to see what happens next. I can only ask that we keep Razor good and healthy to continue in his bad-boy ways.

Good read

With lots of action. I found it strange that Demon didn’t know about Chantal before but I suppose this situation was complicated. However how did the Henchmen knew to come after her? Also this Code is All good and all but obviously I can be violated and the family is left like sitting ducks. It’s also antiquated. And patronizing. Women can protect themselves too and if they are going to be involved with 1 percenter they should know how to do that. Clearly their “men” can’t be with them 24/7. Chantal was a bit better prepared but still not enough. Kira was also portrayed as a weak person. I understand that she’s pregnant but all this begging and antagonizing Mike wasn’t helpful. I imagine that the last installment with be with the Rizzo’s going against the cartel. Looking forward to it

DEMON!!! And another cliffhanger!

*sigh* I really enjoyed the second part of Demons United MC Romance... just letting it be known that’s its a part 3 hopefully in the making because of the way this story ended. Demon’s War takes u on a ride of Austin aka Demon and his brotherhood and k the search to getting his pregnant wife back from her kidnappers. I enjoyed reading more about Razor and his love life, meeting the Rev, and oh course reading more about Uncle. Looked forward to hearing “Burn this shit to the ground!”. Can’t wait for Part 3

This means War!

So if the bad guys sent your loved ones to the hospital....you send theirs to the morgue....who's dumb enough to go up against a Bada$$ named Demon....whose father is the Devil and uncle in law is named Black Death...and best friend is called Razor....otherwise called Berserker...affectionately by me....😘...wellllll...all he!! broke loose when Kira and Chantal are taken...these men possess certain skills that would make Lucifer cower.....

Enjoyed Demon Getting Dirty!

Overall the book was a good read. I would have liked a little more closure at the end of the book regarding The Foreigner, the FBI, Chantel and Razor and the pregnancy. As a reader, I enjoy extensive intense sex scenes and various forms of torture. Loved Sefu's Character, loved Demon's since of agony and desperation for finding Kira. The Meat and Potatoes are there! Captivate all five senses descriptively and in technicolor.

Retribution

I love this series. The characters are well developed. The storyline is believable. I am on a rollercoaster ride that I don't want to end. This is part two of Austin and Kira's story with more plot twists. We meet additional family members as well as get a backstory of some major characters. I cannot wait for the next book in this series.
