I've heard about this author, yet I had not taken the opportunity to read this series of books. Now, I'm glad I did.
These stories had so many parts in which I could identify with. The main characters all struggled with something I, and probably many people, struggle with. From the pressures of being overweight to not being able to have children. Each of these stories will touch your heart and draw you closer to God and His healing hands.
I really loved how this author introduced wonderful healthy things to do to be physically and emotionally fit. I also appreciated the fact that it took work and time to change, it wasn't a fast quick fix.
Like many things in our lives, we need time to heal and change in not only our physical, but our mental, emotional, and spiritual parts of who we are.
The first story shows Candace needing those changes physically and the support of wonderful people. Through this change, she was then able to go on and encourage others to change. The next two books in this collection are the other stories of lives that were changed.
We never know the influence we can have on others and this collection of books proves that point.
I want to thank the author for writing such an encouraging collection of stories!

Excellent

This series was awesome. It kept me in suspense with each of the trilogy.How 1 trilogy flowed into the other Was excellent.I have read The new beginning series and also some of Joy's other series. I liked the 3rd portion of this trilogy because it gave an insight to how the author developed Asia and the Powers in another series I've read. It brought back memories of me reading those series.
This is my #1 Christian thriller love story author! I highly recommended to all my friends who love to read, especially Christian base novels. God bless you Joy in your future writings. Your father would be proud of you.

Beautiful!

These 3 stories take us from each characters low points where God speaks to them and we follow their journeys to see what happens AFTER. I think AFTER the first book has more depth and the characters are the most fleshed out compared to the following 2 books which go more quickly to the romantic element and finish quickly...but I still enjoyed them! It was lovely to meet some characters again in each of the books and see how their lives have progressed from their story.

Definitely worth the price!

This is my very first time reading Christian love stories, and I have to say it has been an absolutely wonderful experience for me. The author has done a brilliant job that made me laugh and cry in tears so many times through my reading. Highly recommended series, despite the fact that certain parts in second book felt a bit weak comparing with the other two, but generally a very good collection of work, many thanks and gratitude! God bless!

God's healing process and love

This was an excellent and exciting book by Joy. It made me examine my life with Jesus during some of this story. Joy brought the story to life how God brings you through the hard times to get to the blessed times in your life. The book was about God healing the lost and sick to bring glory to him. A book that will touch your heart forever.

I always enjoy stories about performers, so Book 1 in this series hooked me. I was bothered by the story because there were no surprises -- everything you expect to happen, happens. However, as a Christian, I highlighted multiple passages (25!) - there is so much wisdom in it thanks to the heart of the author. For that reason, I do recommend this book!

This box collection is such an amazing set of stories. Even though God's path isn't always easy it is amazing to see where it leads. These stories are encouraging and beautiful. I'm so glad that I read them. Wonderful author.

So good to see how things worked out for Rachael who had a few health setbacks and then large medical bills. Auditioning for cover of book an voice for audio books, things fall into place for Rachael and Al.
Great to see that God is a vital part of their lives.

Good Series

First time reading this author. I liked the way she wove the first heroine into the other two stories. Great reads for showing how God triumphs in our lives when we continue in obedience to Him. When things look low keep looking up and keep sitting at His feet.

I enjoyed reading this series a second time as much as I did the first. Each story could standalone, but is even better together. Each one tells of overcoming adversity and trusting God to bring the main characters through to their After.

Over the top

These books deserve six stars. Scriptures and biblical principles along with listening to God are the focal points. Few Christian books do this. Bravo for true inspiration.

A Refreshing Read

This Christian series was absolutely a fabulous read. I especially appreciated how the people rallied around their friends during the difficult times. It helped me to feel Gods grace and planning for my life. It encouraged me to always remember that God has a plan and He will work things out if we only let Him.

As an author, I like Joy Ohagwu a lot, and I’ve very much enjoyed her books I’ve read prior to these, but I really struggled with these three There were so many editorial mistakes that I was distracted throughout. Incorrectly used words that were spelled correctly (so spell check wouldn’t have caught them) caused my reading to stumble over and over again. Frustrating. And I found inconsistent name spellings (both Dr. Stephenson and Dr. Stevenson used in the same paragraph) also distracting. Silly mistakes that should have been caught prior to publishing. I feel bad bringing it up, but it really ruined the books for me. 😕 Sad.

This is a series I needed to read and God brought this series to my attention. It has helped me in so many ways. It has answered questions, it has given me a better insight into what I need to be doing. People don't understand when you give your life to God but it is something that you just have to do.
I thank God for bringing the series into my life and the author for writing it. I pray that it will bring others to God and those who are new Christians will find this series as helpful as I did.

Good story line with a Christian outlook that I enjoy. Somehow Joy's books seem to strike a chord with me in my life and I always learn something or find something I should apply to my own life when I read the books. My only issue with the books is that some of the editing could be better...otherwise I would give a 5 star rating.
