Dax doesn't want to be Alpha however life has thrown a curve ball in plans when his pack is mostly wiped out. But by whom?
The hunger takes its hold however it doesn't care if you are down and out and Dax has no option but to follow the scent to her...
This story has a ton of action going on, a little mystery with trying to figure out who is doing bad things.
The chemistry between Dax and Katie is awesome.
Another fantastic addition to the Wolf's Hunger world.

Katie has come to Montana to see her best friend Fawn get married she kept telling Fawn that nothing good could come from her leaving Palm Beach and the comfort of her jimmy chew shoes & Vanilla soy latte no whip. Things were strained among all the surviving packs especially crazy peak after Kallus tried to destroy them & every other pack. Dax is a reluctant alpha & is struck with the hunger & sees Katie while asking Bo for help his wolf recognizes her as his, Bo has problems he thinks people are leaving because of his marriage to a human. Along with everyone Katie’s world is turn upside down she is confused by her need to be with Dax & help him save his pack. Once together will they be able to convince the other packs to work together to save each other from destruction. You are in for a real treat when you read Dax story

This is Dax and Katie's story . Katie has come to go to her friend's wedding and cannot wait to get back home ! Dax is trying his best to get help for his pack , while he doesn't think he is Alpha material , he knows they need help . Dax himself is feeling off and is wondering if he is going crazy since his wolf seems to taking control more and more often and always hungry and sweating . Katie sees a handsome man getting out of a truck and cannot seem to being drawn to him but not understanding why . She is human and doesn't know what is happening to her and why she seems so drawn to Dax and wanting to help him all she can . This is a well written and strongly recommended to all !! I love the way this author can pull you in within the start of a story and keeps you reading !

Hell hath no fury…. Like a Jimmy Choo wearing woman from Palm Beach being forced to wear hiking boots in the middle of the woods. Ha! Right from the very beginning, Katie is a pain in the rear and you just know she is going to be trouble. Women, even the strong ones, are all trouble, lol! But, with that being said, so are the boys….all trouble!
Fawn and Katie are both from Palm Beach and Fawn is going to marry the Alpha, Bo, of Big Timber. Katie is dragging her feet, complaining about everything saying nothing good will come of this. In the meantime, the packs in the area are all hurting from Kallus’ attack. Dax has reluctantly assumed the position as Alpha of Crazy Peak. His pack has suffered greatly and he goes to Big Timber asking for help. Unfortunately, Big Timber doesn’t want to help as they are dealing with their own issues as well, but none of the packs are communicating. Dax is going crazy with The Hunger. Katie all of a sudden gets incredibly sick. And then things get really crazy. Pack members are coming up missing or dead. Other packs do come to help. We are then introduced to a cult like group obsessed with exterminating abominations. The girls come up missing. The guys are going crazy. And then, and then, and then……
Dax’s and Katie’s story will rival many. These two are at a point that they can’t live without each other. True mates. The story is action packed. Full of drama, suspense, and beautiful magic. Once you start the story, you will have a hard time putting it down. I started laughing from the start thinking about how much alike Katie and I are. And watching how these girls keep all the guys on their toes is amazing. It was an incredible story of love while overcoming discriminiations and injustices. A beautiful HEA seeing the mates come together as well as the packs. Loving this addition to A Wolf’s Hunger.

Kallus' attack and almost decimated the Crazy Peak Pack and when Dax returns everyone was looking to him to take over as Alpha and save whatever is left, but The Hunger strikes him and his only thought is to find his soul mate who is out there somewhere. Can he find her and pull himself together before the pack is destroyed? Katie is dragged from Palm Beach and her comfortable life as a wedding planner to the mountains to sort out her best friend's wedding. However, an ugly bride's maid dress is not what she ends up with when she encounters both her soul mate and an evil force that is determined to destroy her. Can Katie and Dax find each other and take the roles they are destined for or will the New Templars succeed in their mission to rid the world of all magic?
This was a lovely story that had a great mixture of danger, drama, magic and passion. I loved the different relationships between the packs and how the crisis ensured they had to abandon the prejudices that were held by some of them for each other. I loved the way the story ended and it was great to see how three strong women achieved a great deal even when the chips were down. Well written and everything was easy to understand and feel. Loved the HEA at the end.

Katie and Fawn have arrived in deepest, darkest small-town Montana. Take about culture-shock, these two pampered Palm Beach Princesses may not survive! Fawn and Bo's wedding plans are forging ahead but not wveryone is happy with a human joining the pack. Other packs nearby are still reeling after a pack of rogues tried to usurp their packs and take over territory. When one pack comes calling, Bo is not quite as chritable as he could be - will that have repercussions?
Dax isn't sure what's come over him. His appetite is getting out of hand, he's pretty much gone feral and now the aroma of soem human female is making him twist up inside. But weirdly Kate seems to be having human versions of the same symptoms?!?!
Dax doesn't want to be Alpha but with his pack falling apart he steps into the breach. But sometimes the most reluctant Alpha is the best the pack could ask for! Poor Crazy Peak have been through the mill but they come out the stronger for it! Katie is all sorts of cmplicated under the pampered princess persona. She is not just some vacuous bimbo - this girl has talents!!

A good storyline with good character's. Dax didn't want to be Alpha of his pac I but they needed him and he needed help from Bo the Alpha of the Big Timber pack next door...Bo just wanted to mate Fawn and had brought her and her friend back from Palm Beach Florida. Her friend Katie has a strange experience there and meets Dax. Good reading...interesting but this author always delivers.

Katie is going to her friend Fawn's wedding. Fawn is a human and marrying Bo Hudson, a wolf shifter who is the Alpha of Big Timber. For some reason Katie is getting so hungry and can't figure out why. When she sees a wolf shifter, Dax, visiting Big Timber, she's so drawn to him and when he leaves she wants to go. What is going on??
Dax has a hunger problem, no matter how much he eats, he's not satisfied. Can't figure out what's wrong. He goes to Big Timber to get help for his pack. He sees Katie and feels the hunger calm when he's near her. He realizes she's his mate.
Meantime wolf shifters are disappearing and some are found dead from both of the packs. What evil is out there??
This is a thrilling, edge of your seat story. Has action, suspense, humor, a few surprises and hot & sexy romance. Couldn't put the book down until I finished reading it. Highly recommend this one and you'll love Katie & Dax.

His pack was in danger of disappearing and Dax's doubts were not helping to deal with the threat. Something strange was happening to him and when he met Katie, BigTimber pack guest human, he knew what he had to do. New to shifters ways Katie didn't understand what was happening but the strong force guiding her, made the decisions for her. Strong characters, action, suspense, mystery, amusing scenes, violence, romance, passion and an unexpected turn that called my attention. Liked that characters from previous books had a role in the story that added to the action and mystery. An interesting and entertaining story of paranormal in danger of being consumed by The Hunger!

Exciting from the first page
I always love it when a story grabs you from the first page and leaves you hooked all the way thru till the end. This book is filled with thrills and action and you will never see things coming.
I love how we combine all the characters from other books. To me that makes you see that stories grow. You could feel emotions flowing from the pages, even make me cry a little.
