Wonderful well written plot and story line that had me engaged from the start.
Love the well fleshed out characters and found them believeable.
Great suspense and action with wonderful world building that adds so much to the story.
Can't wait to read more of what the author brings us.

Jillian is signed in to a rather 'iffy' mental facility by her husband, who wants her not to be able to interfere in his preferred lifestyle. She cannot remember being signed in or what she did that meant she needed to be institutionalized. Jillian is given several ECT sessions wherein she begins to recall slivers of her memory.
During her stay in the mental institution, Jillian meets a nurse who isn't, and a Doctor who shouldn't be.
Extremely interesting story wherein the ending was not what I expected. Definitely worth the five stars I gave it.

Well written, but I'm not sure what was happening. Electo shock therapy, murdering ghost, hypnosis, weird patient that acts like a nurse. Is the doctor even a real doctor? Does he have some kind of power to bring about ghosts and manipulate people? Or is it supposed to be the electro shock therapy that is causing everything. I finished it thinking, What did I just read. Well written, but bizarre.

Electrified by Alyssa Drake is such an awesome story that I have read. This is book number three in this awesome series that I have loved reading very much and can not wait to see what this author will write about next. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about thrillers, horror and dark romance.

Electrified is a short, twisted story about a woman who wakes up in a mental hospital and undergoes electric shock treatment. This is an intense read that had me at times wondering what I was reading but I loved it. I can't wait to read the next book in this series. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

I've read several books written by Alyssa Drake; she has done a great job at writing a good short story; she is becoming one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read more of books her books.
The story line caught my attention at the very beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book.
