So disappointed (contains spoilers)
I usually like this author’s books but this time I just couldn’t connect with it. Bunny was just too much. She was childish, rude, constantly angry and I really couldn’t see the appeal unless it was purely physical but that would get old fast. The gum chewing was just disgusting. As for Ollie, he is supposed to be a capo and the next in charge but he doesn’t display any sort of leadership and inspire respect. Not Alpha at all. Bunny barges into a meeting and he is like well ok and almost apologizing? I’m all for literary license but the ending was all over the place. No top dog would be so indecisive about getting rid of Samuele family or not. Traveling alone when there’s a threat out there? All this nonsense about clean living. We all know that in the real mafia, once you’re in you’re in. How could he be taken out by regular thugs while in an bulletproof vehicle. So on an so forth

Cyrus’ attitude was a turn off. I’m not saying that she didn’t have the right to be mad about what took place but I didn’t see any growth or healing with her character.
Ollie seemed like a really calm character and he was Cyrus’ calm. Both characters had great support from their families.
I did enjoy the story.

Couldn’t put it down
From the first page I was hooked. Cyrus endured so much and she was a tough cookie but Ozzie was perfect for her. He was so patient and loving towards her. He helped heal her broken heart.

Good
I thought this was a great book! Very interesting story line. Hard to put the book down. Loved the ending!The only thing was that I couldn’t get past were the grammatical and spelling errors. It took away from the fluidity of the book.

4.5 stars out of 5!!
First off let me say I really enjoyed the promotion for this book and I absolutely enjoyed staying up reading it! Ozzie and Bunny two broken souls that’s destined for each other. I love how Ollie was very persistent when it came to Cyrus. It’s like that love at first sight.. just come out of no where abdhits u with a big ass boom! 💥 love the brotherhood that Ollie has with Augi and Butch. While Cyrus has her support team of her cousins(Sable & Stank) that she more as siblings. I can relate to that. Overall I give the a the book a 4.5... it was engaging from the beginning. Had me saying “Just one chapter and I’m going to bed!” But didn’t put it down. I love the chemistry between the main characters. Towards the end... is what got me. I would have like to know how Bunny overcame the urge to cut herself. Me being a detailed person, I would like to know what happened when the boys pulled up to help Cyrus and Ollie out with the shoot out and a little what the family went through when Ollie got shot. That Jump kinda threw me off but I still was like OH SHIT OUR BOY GOT SHOT! I don’t feel like the ended was rushed but I’m sucka for details and a little extra violence especially when it revenge 😂. I would recommend it!

Loved this book. Real enjoyed it. Now the heroine she drives me up the fireball wall with her back and forth. Wanted to bitchslapped her but Ollie, what a guy. he had patience and everything. He made me enjoy this book. Find her ex got off to easy but all in all wicked read.

A must read !!
This is my first book by this author and I was so good , I look forward to reading more by this author !! Capo &Bunny were like two puzzles piece that just fit into eachother to be whole and regardless of how much Bunny faught the harder she fell !Capo helped make her whole again while adjusting her crown for her !!! Great Read

As much as I want to say that Cyrus worked every nerve in my body, I completely understand why she acted the way that she did. There’s no fury like a woman scorned! I loved it! I highly recommend you guys read this EXCEPTIONAL novel! Cyrus Queen May work your nerves, but at the end love brought her back to life!! Great job!!!👏🏽👏🏽❤️

This book starts off with a bang and never lets up. Cyrus and Ozzie they are the perfect match. I really enjoyed this book it was different because Cyrus was a different kind of female she took no prisoners. Ozzie was alpha male. Their love story is beautiful. This book will definitely hold your interest so great read.
