Great book of affirmations

This was a good book full of affirmations to help with self confidence and self worth. Anyone struggling with self worth and confidence would benefit from reading this book. I plan to keep it for reference so that I have it handy when I'm felling negative or anxious

So I got this book for free and I'm glad for that. Affirmations don't work because of woo woo "Law of Attraction" BS. And I hate that they are spreading that kind of shit.
