About the author

I was born and raised on Galveston, which made me a BOI (born on the Island). Being a BOI is important in Galveston, making you feel like you're part-owner of everything there. Not knowing what I wanted to do with my life, I did what most good Texans did in the late 70's, I went to the University of Texas at Austin, joined a sorority, cheered for the Longhorns, and majored in Political Science because I enjoyed my government class in high school and didn't know what else to study. Fast forward to 2013. I still value my small city sense of wanting to be a part of community and I sort of still root for the Longhorns.
I now live on a small hilltop in the Galilee of northern Israel. I found my passions after college--nutrition and nutritious cooking and helping people feel balanced. My home is vegetarian and I've been experimenting with raw desserts. I use a technique called Libra Method that was developed by my teacher in Israel to help people with back and joint pain. My real passion is Energy Guidance Complete, which is whole body balancing through guidance from Spiritual Presence.
I also use Energy Guidance to write the books in my new series. I hope the readers will be as amazed by the information in these books as I am!
