I was excited to read this book. But, I just couldn’t finish it. I’m just past 8-10% and This ninja killed a baby. No, Ma’am. You could have let that baby live.
Thug love at its finest. Cash came in and gave Shae the time of her life. Jordan who? His scheming self became a non-factor. He got just what he was looking for. Ivy was looking for love from a baller. That mentality almost cost her dearly. She better learn going forward.
This was my first read by this author but definitely won't be my last one.. I enjoyed reading this book. I loved Cash and Shae together. I'm so glad Jordan got exactly what he deserved. I hated to see it end. I recommend this as a good book to read. Tasha I look forward to reading all your books...
I really enjoyed reading this book. Very well written, great characters and storyline. I loved how Shae was able to get Cash to be more open and consider the possibility of having a relationship again. Jordan got what he deserved. I was happy that Mal and Keisha got it together.
I give this story three and a half stars because there was a name mixup. One of the main characters was named Shae but there was parts where the author called her Ivy. That scene about the 2 kilos was unbelievable.
This was a pretty cool read. Some of these Characters was Shady as Hell. How can you call someone your best friend yet your plotting on her Man. These fools ain't loyal.
I said I wanted drama and mess and this book lived up to that. Too many inconsistencies and unresolved issues in this book. It didn’t make much sense to me and gosh it was very violent. Some scenes were unbelievable to the point of me rolling my eye. I pushed through but this book wasn’t it for me
This was a pretty good read. I know it's a hood book but she used the "my ass" and the n word a gazillion times in this book. It was annoying after a while. She needs a copy editor or something to minimize so much repetition of the same words and phrases.
Cash did not come to play with Shae. I loved how the author was able to pull emotions out of Cash's crazy behind. Jordan and Ivy both got what they deserved.
