Here's my brilliant strategy to get over the man who lied to me for years:

Move eight thousand miles away to Europe. Check.

Start work as a tour guide; a job that takes me way beyond my comfort zone. Check

Promise never to fall in love again. EVER. Check.

Then I get news that shatters my perfect, nerdy, introverted lifestyle to bits. I have only six months left in Europe. But there’s still so much I want to see and do. Time is ticking. So, look out Europe, it's time partayyyy!

At least, that was my plan until I met my new Italian co-worker, Roman, who speaks three languages, makes his own pasta and keeps bending over in front of me. . . to move the heavy luggage around. . . of course. When Roman takes up position as my on-tour, wing-man, Mr. Perfect twists my heart into all sort of knots.

But can I risk re-opening my fragile heart? Or is it destined to be hogtied all over again when I’m forced to return to Australia?

Sinful Escape is a sinfully hot, steamy romantic comedy, full of drama and giggles, about a kick-ass woman who’s taking on the world, one heart-thumping adventure at a time. Get ready to laugh and swoon and stay up all night reading.

I’d probably give this 4.5 stars if I could.

I received an advanced reader’s copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinion being given in review. All opinions are my own.

Kitty Kendall seems to have a knack for writing about sexual awakenings in a way that is fun, flirty and filthy. Strange though it may sound, they are also believable, because she writes about the awkwardness and insecurities caused by having sex with people you barely know, as well as the amazing orgasms.

Daisy Chayne (do not be put off by the ridiculous name!) is 29 years old and from Australia. She was with a man for 7 years who treated her appallingly and her parents were probably worse. To escape she moved to London and started working, first on a cruise ship and later as a tour guide around Europe. When her employers refuse to renew her visa because she will be 30 and therefore too old to guide the tours they are selling she is devasted, but her gorgeous new Italian bus driver is a bit of a compensation. When he defies her expectations of a gorgeous man and actually turns out to be a decent person he encourages her to start living her life again, because she’s been sleep walking around Europe for years.

Taking his challenge to get laid seriously, her eyes are opened to men she’s met previously and got to know who suddenly seem interested in her when she thinks she’s ugly. Finally acting on their seeming attraction, is the best thing she can do for her happiness and hormones.

I loved hearing about Daisy’s trip around Europe as a tour guide. She is passionate about history, art and architecture and we hear all about the places she loves and has travelled, down to the cafes and restaurants, boutiques and bakeries and the magnificent castles and stately homes. I don’t know if the author has ever been to those places or she has amazing Google skills paired with a great imagination but it brought the book to life for me.

I loved how Daisy is slowly woken up from her unhappiness by Roman, the bus driver, becoming her friend, and opening her eyes to how attractive she actually is when she sees herself through other people’s eyes in a positive way for probably the first time in her life. We are gradually shown who Daisy really is and why she is so unhappy.

This is the first book in a duet and the second book still has a lot to cover as it feels like the job is only half way done in ensuring Daisy’s happiness and the reader’s complete understanding of the reasons for her sorrow. We also need to learn more about Roman because it feels like he keeps a lot back from Daisy in his fight to help her wake up. I’m really looking forward to the next book because I’m sure it will be as entertaining and spicy as the first.

Sinful Escape is the first book in the ‘Six Months of Sin’ Series by Kitty Kendall. This is such a sexy, fun read- full of all the witty, sexy, steamy, and funny antics we have come to expect from Kitty Kendall. The story has fun, adventure, a little drama, racy encounters, fantastic characters, depth, emotion, self-discovery, sexual awakening, learning to live again, friendship… and much more.
Daisy is in Europe on a working visa- every travelers dream. Or so you would think. But Daisy is just going through the motions, and not really ‘living’ or appreciating the opportunity she has. But when she discovers that her visa won’t be renewed- she’d had so many things she’d always planned to do and now she may never get the chance. Now she only has six months left to make the most out of her European experience. So instead of acting ‘old and boring’ like she has been doing, she decided to grab life by the horns and embrace the sexy, young, fun woman she knows she can be. With the encouragement of her co-worker, Roman- Daisy sets off on a steamy adventure across Europe. She embarks on a trip that will mark a lot of firsts for her- a trip she won’t soon forget.
I loved this story and I really loved Daisy and Roman. It was such a fun book to read. I love how easily Kitty Kendall pulls her reader into her stories, painting lush, rich, and vivid images. Everything was so descriptive and detailed- I felt like I was actually on tour with Daisy, Roman, and the rest of the cast. From England, to France, then Monaco, through Italy, on to Venice, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, The Netherlands, and Belgium- I got my own mini European tour, just by reading this story.
The characters are really well developed, dynamic, and interesting individuals- with their own unique personalities, quirks, and flaws. It was so easy to invest in Daisy, and Roman, and the outcome of the story. There were times that Daisy really frustrated me, especially with her negative inner dialogue- but once I got to know her better, I understood why she is like that. But that didn’t stop me from wanting to shake some sense into her from time to time.
If you are looking for a fun, sexy and captivating read- with wonderful characters - then this is the book for you!
Can’t wait to see what they get up to in book #2!

Thank you, Ms. Kendall!

Kitty Kendall has packed the fun and heat all in one story yet again. Daisy is fun and flirty. And not just that she's a person one can relate to. I fell in love with this story from the very first chapter. She's funny, spunky and everything in between. And when she's dared to let loose and find her inner sex kitten, she at the end is determined to no holds bar. My favorite man is Roman. And without giving to much away. Y'all just have to pick up this book and read.

Because OH MY LANTA!! HOTNESS AND LAUGHS OVERLOAD!!

Can't wait to read the next in the series!

Daisy is a tour guide in Europe and her work visa is ending in 6 months and she lost her job. She meets Roman who is her bus driver on her tour and initially she is not impressed as he is young, good looking and all the woman on the tour are gaga over him. They have a rollicking adventure all over Europe and a bumpy ride to their HEA.

This was the first book I’ve read from Kitty. I wasn’t disappointed. It was great and I want, no I need the rest of the series. I loved Daisy, Roman and Zali. I really hope Zali gets her own book or at least more of a story in a future book. I need to know more about her! I can’t wait for the next book and hopefully it explains in more details about the company policy that’s changing Daisy’s life.

Let me get this out of the way first. I hate the cover. I only decided I hated it after I finished the book. It doesn't fit the love letter to Europe that Kendall has written! The cover seems to point to a shallow sex romp that we all have read plenty of times before. This story is notably elevated in every way: with clever, witty dialogue, crisp world building, smart characters and expert descriptions of Europe that will make you want to book a trip asap. I loved the colorful ways each tour stop is talked about in this book! An example:

"The bustling food hall was the epitome of multiculturalism. Every stall offered a diverse delicacy from a different culture. The hive of activity was an explosion to my senses. Aromas alternated from sweet to savory. Cinnamon and cumin. Vanilla and paprika. The sounds were as much from people as machines. Chopping, grinding, whirring. A dazzling array of color sprung from every aspect of the hall. There were vibrant green vegetables that looked like they’d been picked that morning. Creamy pastries that had my mouth watering just looking at them. Rich red berries, promising to sweeten any dessert or drink. I drew my group’s attention to the stall selling spices from around the world. With dozens of different-colored powders and seeds hemmed in wicker baskets that were lined up in rows, it was a photo opportunity not to be missed."

We as the reader get out own tour with the group, from France to Austria, it's a lovely trip that reminds us of the rich history in each country. It's clear that Kendall loves these European countries, and it's sheer pleasure reading about the landmarks. I had to keep putting the book down to Google each place to get pictures!

We meet the eminently relatable Daisy, an Aussie who ran from her past to France, where she's a popular European Tour Guide. She gets good and bad news. Good? Her new tour bus driver is gorgeous, young, sexy and surprising. Bad? Her employer won't extend her employment, therefore her visa extension will be denied. What's a redhead with annoyingly large breasts gonna do? Try to make the best of the time she has left. Easier said than done!

Daisy is every defensive, self conscious, badly burned almost 30 yr old. Her inner dialogue will sound familiar to us females...Her insecurities revolve around would have, should have, could have...and no one would any way so why bother? With a photographic memory, crazy red curls and a tendency to make up swear words, she seems to love Europe but tends to get in her own way.

"The bricks of life weren’t meant to be smooth or straightforward. But damn it, why did mine have to be like a box of @#$% LEGO?"

"Maybe I could go to a tropical island and read copious amounts of books and, in between meeting new book boyfriends, I could sip cocktails and swim. Except my fair skin and the sun were life-long enemies. And I couldn’t swim. Sure, I could float on my back. With my bolt-on air bags, I’d be impossible to drown. But swim? Freestyle was impossible when my tits made it their mission to occupy my armpits. I looked more like a drunk attempting to breakdance while drowning. And breast stroke? Let’s just say I give it a whole new meaning."

"Maybe Pierre sensed my fanciful slide into erotic psychosis because he put his glass aside and stepped closer, nudging his hips to my knees."

The burgeoning friendship between Daisy and Roman is also at the heart of this female empowerment story. Kendall gives Daisy real insight into her own actions when she interacts with others, making her the most well rounded characters ive read in a long time. She doesn't make excuses for Daisy...instead she confronts Daisy's decisions head on, making the reader have their own conclusions on the situation. She makes Roman more than Italian beefcake too, startling Daisy into confronting her own bias. Roman is also fully formed and smart as a whip, blaming much of his personality on, what else? The women in his family! Three older sisters and a strong Mom.

So ignore the cover and read more into the book. It's not average, same as others, or cliche in any way. And there's no traditional cliffhanger...Just a hint at a bigger story. I can assure you, it's a very satisfying conclusion and you will wish for book 2 immediately.

Sinful Escape is just that, if you're a Southern Baptist. This lady, Daisy Chayne, really learns how to have fun, with men and learns a lot she should already know because she's lived with a fella for seven years. He, however, was never into women so he never treated her like one.
Now she has a list of several smoking hot guys to lust after. The only one she doesn't get a chance to try things on with is most likely the one who could be her forever guy. We don't know though because there are a couple more books to read before you find out. And maybe there will never be a forever guy. Based on the exciting and scintillating times she's had in the past 20 days there's always a chance for more uninhibited lusty times.
Kitty Kendall tells a great story that might take you back to your youth if you became of age in the hippie days. The story sure took me back.

I recieved an early release copy in exchange for my honest reviews. All of these words and opinions in this review are my own.

I LOVE the adventure that Daisy is starting in this first book, of what I am sure will be one steamy, sizzling and fun book series!! This is my favorite Kitty Kendall book so far.

Following along with Daisy as she faces new life changes, experiences new...things and discovers a LOT about her true self along the way is a fun, sexy and steamy adventure. I can not wait for the next book in the series so I can continue exploring and discovering with Daisy Chayne!!

Kitty Kendall definitely has a knack for writing about women that are on these types of sexual discovery/exploration journeys and I love every second of them!! Her writing draws you in and you become that sexy woman living out that fantasy for a short while, if only in your mind. That type of experience is why I read and why I keep picking up Kitty's books!!

Kitty Kendall’s Sinful Escape tells the story of Daisy Chayne, a soon-to-be-30 year old Australian tour guide in London who will also be unemployed and on her way back home as of that 30th birthday. With 6 months left before that happens, her new bus driver, Italian hottie, Roman, convinces her to break out of her shell and live. Boy, does she! Well written, with plenty of heat, Kendall weaves a tale, not only of Daisy’s sexual awakening, but of Daisy beginning to come into her own as a person. I liked the way the Daisy blossomed. (Sorry, couldn’t help myself.). This was my first read by Kendall. Won’t be my last. Can’t wait for the next book, because Roman has a bit of his own awakening to do.

Daisy Chayne has a job as a tour guide in Europe. But it isn’t until she finds out she has only six months left in Europe before she will have to leave, that she begins to think of all the many things she didn’t get a chance to do. With encouragement and assistance from her co-worker, Roman, she decides to do as many of those things she has always wanted to do but didn’t make time for. Now is the time to stretch herself, to go for new experiences and really live! She’ll be learning much more about herself as she opens up to a range of exciting things that she will never forget.

Join Daisy on her new life journey. You’ll really enjoy the story line and the other characters. And you will love the vivid descriptions that take the reader along for the ride!

Kitty Kendall’s Sinful Escape Series Book 1 tells the story of Daisy Chayne, who is a tour guide in London. She is on a work Visa which expires in six months sending her back to Australia. Her smoking hot driver Roman, tells her to ”live it up” with the remaining time that she has. So she does. She begins to find herself and her sexual desires. She is frustrating at times as she is so hard on herself. But I think that’s what we all do when searching for our true selves.

This is a fast paced rom com that is pleasantly pleasing. Ms. Kendal writes a brilliantly evocative novel with smart, witty, and creative characters. Her novels are laugh out loud funny and irresistible. I am looking forward to the next book in this series.

Daisy just found out that her work visa is set to expire in six months. She tries to get an extension with her job, but due to her age, she is about to lose her job in six months. This means, that she only has the next six months to not only have her job and visa, but to attempt to complete a list of firsts. Her life has been a mess. Her father left her at fourteen, her mother was never really a mother. The man that she dated and was engaged to for seven years left her. She ran away to Europe to attempt to live out a dream life. And now the dream is about to come to an end, and she feels that she doesn't have anything to show for it. But that is about to change. Life will never be the same for Daisy, starting now. It was a fun read. I look forward to reading the next book.

If the start to the Six Months of Sin Series is anything too go by we are in for another awesome Series from Kitty Kendall.
I loved the Sinful Escape, it was well written, funny, and hot. The main characters are realistic and fabulous, makes me want to run off to Europe and be a tour guide like Daisy.
Roman, the tour bus driver, seems to be a man of mystery, yes he over shares but he is hiding something, can't wait to learn more of his story.
Zali, Daisy's best friend, injects humour through her daily experiences caring for her mother and young son, desperate to live her non-existent life through Daisy.
Both Roman and Zali encourage Daisy to take risks, providing steamy moments they both seem to thrive on.
Can't wait to continue this series.

This is an amazing story.im not quite sure how the author keeps doing this with her books but I absolutely loved daisy. She reads as a down to earth normal every day woman you would go for coffee with. Her journey is exciting and scary and is completely believable. The characters in the book are all fantastic in their own way. It's a fantastic story that keeps you on your toes the ending wasnt what I was expecting at all. The scenes are written extremely well which makes them easy to read. I cant wait to see what happens next.

If you loved Kitty Kendals Stilettos and Secrets series (if you haven’t read this why not lol) then you’ll love Daisy Chayne’s (love this name by the way) story too!

After being told her contract as a Travel Tour Guide in Europe will not be renewed and her new driver Roman saying she’s old before her time and should live a little, Daisy decides to have fun for the rest of her contract.

All jump aboard the bus and see how many new experiences Daisy has.

Great Read and highly recommend.

This book was fun and kept me hooked. Daisy is an Awesome Europe Tour Guide, that has been deeply hurt. She now must find a new path and has a couple of "Friends" that will help her along the way. Daisy will lead you through some amazing sights around Europe, that will make you feel like you are there. The book was erotic at times and then had you laughing the next. Just a warning you will have to buy Book 2!

It took a while to warm up to Daisy's character. She's 29 but is written with the emotional maturity of somebody much younger. The escapades are relatable and fun, and eventually I did start to like her much better. The blurb made me expect more fun & witty banter than there actually was. It is quite well written but just not really my taste. I won't be following her further escapades to see if there's an eventual HEA.

There were funny parts and some very emotional parts. Steamy....and leaving you wanting more. Can't wait for more. Makes me want to take a tour.😉😉

Daisy has definitely changed throughout the book and it will be interesting to see if she follows the path or finds love.

It was OK. I felt bad for Daisy for both her upbringing and her company's lame age policy. But I kept wanting her to hook up with Roman, and he kept pushing her toward other men, and so for me, those interactions weren't satisfying. I don't plan to continue the series. I'm sure Daisy and Roman will get together and I'm sure it'll be sweet... I'm just not feeling it.

One woman's awakening

I enjoyed this more than I thought I would. The plot was fun, and the information on all the places in Europe were just descriptive enough to lose myself without being overwhelming. I will definitely check out the rest of the series.
