Quick(ish) Review
The second book in the Wild Blood Shifter books features one of the shifter twins, Colton, navigating the road to his HEA with Callie, the lynx shifter introduced in book one. I enjoyed seeing Callie grow into herself after dealing with an abusive ex and the continued exploration of this found family expanding and living in Farville. The wish that one if the central questions I had (how the hell did the twins mess with their recessive traits?) isn’t really delved into. I still think there’s a lot that might make more sense if I’d read the earlier series, which does impact my enjoyment of this one a bit. But I believe in trying just about anything three times, so I’ll keep going with this series. I think for those who read the Bad Blood series and/or more familiar with This author’s writing than I am will probably enjoy this even more.

I thought book #1 was fantastic but wait till you read this one.
🔹️ Colton McCall is a LeopardShifter with a twin, who is a White Owl. The two thought since they are twins, they should have 2 animals. And experimenting I’m they did. Colt is having a terrible time with second animal. Colt’s rule is feed them, love them, make them happy then leave, but this time he met his match!
🔹️ Callie Haugan is a Lynx she was owner of a burnt bar. With her insurance check she is letting her rebuilding. She could plan and hire anyone no one would tell her ever again. Callie knew she can do whatever she likes, no man was stopping her.

Another great read in what is looking to be a promising series.
Callie had a hard life and Colton is exactly what she needs, he just takes his time to realize that.
It is worth the wait though for both of them and Brandon's pack just keeps growing in the process.
There are bits in the story that hint at maybe off shoots of stories for the rest of the pack.
I loved this story and am really looking forward to hopefully seeing another one in this series.
Thoroughly enjoying this authors work.

This book was the ultimate, I haven't laughed so much while reading a book in years. This is the 2nd book in the Wild Blood Shifters series and I have a feeling I'm going to read the whole series....These Bad Blood Kids are the ultimate, if I thought The Bad Bloods was good, their kids definetely beat them! Horney & Tiger Slut turtles had me cracking up!
Colton and Remy McCall are Sloan the leopard with PTSD and Caitlyn the Snowy Owl's twin sons. One's animal is a leopard while the others is an owl, but being the wild childs they are they decide to try and see if they can shift into each others shift, since they are identical, why not? Wonder how that turns out. They always thought they would find their mate together, but doesn't look like that's gonna happen, not when Colton's future mate grew up with the crows who treat their women like that, women and Callie is not "Nice Callie" anymore now she is "Bad Callie" and I guess that means no threesome! Oh and that so romatic gift he sent her!
Callie is a Lynx and she is finally rid Caleb and the other crows who killed her brother and took over her bar and everything else she had, but it is all hers now by survivorship and no man is ever going to tell her what she can and can't do. Not even that hot as sin leopard Colton, but he makes her Lynx go all purrrrry inside.... Well she can just keep shooting all the crows shifter or not down. Problem is she likes Colton a lot, but Colton's Owl doesn't like her very much, he wants to rip her insides out! But his leopard wants to lick her all over and Cole well he's all into that last part.

Another brilliant book from a very talented Anastasia Wilde she is definitely a one click author for me I loved the Bad Blood and am thoroughly enjoying the stories of their children and their own pack. As with all this authors work they flow well have a little angst to make the story work and draw you in until you turn that last Page This is Callie and Colton's story
We met both Callie and Colton in Brendon's story she is the Lynx shifter who owned the bar that was the centre of the drama in that book With her brother and boyfriend/captor now killed and her finally having a chance at a life she controls she isn't giving up the reins to any man and that includes the hot as sin Colton. Can he convince her that he loves the new Bad ass Callie and that he would never try to control her after all he comes from a crew that has strong women as role models. Meanwhile he and his brother Remy are fighting their duel animals as they try to gain ascendancy is Callie the secret to controlling his obnoxious owl When danger from the crows comes calling again will he be able to keep her safe and Sasquatch reveal even more secrets to his new crew.

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "COLTON'S MATE" Just an absolute rollercoaster ride of circumstances, laugh out loud moments, action, intrigue, excitement, you can't put this book down its such a delightful read.
OMG!!! I love the chemistry and hot steamy scenes with Callie and Colton I couldn't get enough of this couple the banter back and forth neither want a mate but fate has other ideas.
Colt and his twin Remy are having difficulty with their two animals Colt has problems with his leopard wanting to lick Callie all the time and his Owl wants to tear out innards, Remy's owl fights with his leopard and there animals don't like Callie.
I love "Bad Girl Callie" she a bada*ss after her abuse from her ex never again shes now in control and Colt really likes "Bad Girl Callie" so much happens in this story it keeps you returning page after page.
I defintely recommend to get this extremely well written storyline by Anastasia Wilde I love this series it's so addicting you need to read them all I so can't wait for the next book "REMY'S STORY" PHENOMINAL READ YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS!!!!!

Anastasia Wilde's COLTON'S MATE is the second book in the new series about the children fromThe Bad Blood series. This installment is as well written as her others stories. There's never a boring moment with lots of interesting characters, twists and turns, steamy romance, and some laugh out loud antics you've come to expect from the Twins. We met Colton and Callie in "Brandon's Mate and I suggest reading it first for a fuller understanding if these characters.
Callie is determined to get her life back on track after suffering abuse from the Black Talon Crows. Since helping the Wild Blood pack defeat the Crows, Colton has been feeling a need to protect Callie. As the two are drawn together, neither wants to acknowledge the attraction. Colton feels he's to young for a mate and Callie has vowed to never take a mate - no one is going to control or abuse her again. Before they can figure out what they want, the crows return and this time Callie may not survive.

I love Colt and Callie and all the other snarky Wild Blood Shifters!
Colton's Mate is book 2 in the Wild Blood Shifters series by Anastasia Wilde. I really enjoy reading interactions between the characters! Colt especially is a cocky sex-on-a-stick character that at times made me want to kick him in the b*** and jump his bones at the same time. I can easily see why Brandon the Alpha is always wanting to escape to Tahiti or is it Bora Bora! And Callie is enchanting as she finally becomes Bad Callie willing to put herself first and ask for what she wants and needs. Anastasia Wilde has done a excellent job developing characters that are relatable, witty and fun. Her characters are people I would enjoy hanging out with on a regular basis. There is just enough intrigue in Colton's Mate to make it interesting and to balance the hot romance. It is another book I finished in one sitting. No cliffhangers. A happy ever after ending. And best of all the entire series is available on Kindle Unlimited! I can't help but love this series!

Absolutely Delicious
WOW this is a amazing story! One that you will definitely enjoy. There is so much excitement with these awesome characters, they have such great chemistry. It's funny, thrilling and very passionate with parts that will bring tears to your eyes along with their drama element, but there is a lot of laughter and it's one thing I enjoyed the most! What I enjoyed is the time spent with all of the couples their relationships are so beautiful and enjoyable ⭐I am totally devouring this series when I finished reading the last page, I still wanted more! I was so absorbed into how their relationship are developing, it wasn't a rushed tight story line either. The series just flows so smoothly one book into the next book. There are humorous parts in the story and their attraction towards their mates is off-the-charts! Plus this is an all around one of the best story I have read. I am enjoying their journey. I'm so excited for the next book!😍💑💃Overall this is a five star which l greatly enjoyed and again I'm excited about the next story.

Colt and his twin Remy only pretend to be bubble-headed playboys, they’ve taken twin-hood to another level but both are afraid to let Brandon know.
Caleb’s associates believe Callie has an artifact they should have and break into her place making plans to kidnap her. Callie has had enough of being a good, dutiful cooking and cleaning girlfriend. After another guy has let her down, she's ready to give "bad" Callie a try. Her Lynx shifter isn't into commitment anyway.. Meanwhile Colton is life plan is for his twin Remy and him to have fun now and settle down in a few years when they're ready for true mates and commitment. But his leopard really wants to lick Callie all over....
This book is the second in the Wild Blood Shifters series. It was a lot of fun to read at a time when I really needed a good time. I can neither confirm or deny that "bad " Kasey was triggered into using some of Bad Callie's hilarious snark in conversation.

When some crows show up thinking Callie has an artifact and take her and Remy, Colton and the rest of the crew to save them.
Callie likes her independence and is tired of men bossing her around. Colton isn’t ready to be an adult yet. But he’s going to have to pull up his big boy pants and start acting grown up.

We met Colton and Callie in "Brandon's Mate and I highly recommend reading it before this one. I adored "Bad Callie" in this book as she gains her independence and finds herself. She is no longer a shrinking violet who lets others tell her what to do. Neither she nor Colton want a mate but fate steps in with another plan. The story was funny, steamy, tense and had a fight against the crows. Squatch has a pivotal role in the story and I fell in love with him. There was also an emotional loop dealing with twin bonding and how it is affected by mate bonding and how the twins integrate their animals. It was definitely an interesting twist to the story. I can't wait for the next book in the series.

This book has a kind-of mystery that won't be solved til the end, it is funny, heartwarming and so much more.

Colton doesn't want a mate he doesn't feel as if he is ready to be responsible enough. So he is basically just a lady's man.
These two are in for a big surprise because fate doesn't care about any of that.
The Corsair and Talon crow gangs are after Callie for something that she knows nothing about.

I don’t know how she does it, but Anastasia Wilde just writes incredible books every single time. When one of her books comes out I stop everything to read it, and I know it’s always going to draw me right in and be amazing. This one was no exception. I love the Wild Blood crew just as much as the Bad Bloods before them. Colt and Remy are such fun characters, and I’m happy to see them getting their own stories. And after everything that Cassie went through in her life, you can’t but be happy to see her finally having someone great in her life. Loved this book, can’t wait for
Remy’s story next!

Colton's Mate
This book was such an emotional rollercoaster. Callie is a lynx shifter who has spent many years being controlled by another person. Colton is a twin leopard/owl shifter, whose shifter sides are fighting for dominance. Callie does not want or need a mate, but Colton has other plans. Starting with patience and taking it one day at a time and letting Callie make her own decisions on her future. Of course life is never simple or danger free and it comes for Callie and unfortunately getting Colton's brother Remy stuck trying to save Callie. I loved this book. It was very exciting.

Colton is a twin leopard/owl shifter, whose shifter sides are fighting for dominance. Callie does not want or need a mate, but Colton has other plans. Starting with patience and taking it one day at a time and letting Callie make her own decisions on her future. Of course life is never simple or danger free and it comes for Callie and unfortunately getting Colton's brother Remy stuck trying to save Callie. I loved this book. It was very exciting.

Yet another fabulous instalment in this wonderful series, full of excitement, action and plenty of laughs!! This book brings us back together with the Wild Blood crew, the Hot Leopard and his Badass Lynx.
As ever they had enough challenges and problems getting through each day, but life is never simple for these shifters. Adventures unfold and obstacles are overcome, whilst clothes seem to disappear as chemistry heats up most situations.

This is an enjoyable read. I liked it but didn’t love it. So I am a bit sad. Callie is a good character to be brought over from book 1. She got on my nerves a bit with her whole independent all the tine streak. Colton and Remy were so fun in the last book. They became more morose in here. Just a bit of fun. The whole story Took a direction I didn’t expect and wasn’t a huge fan of either. I know bad guys need to come in but these seemed out of left field. On the plus side the Sasquatch finally gets a name and he becomes more of a character.

What a wild ride. Her abusive ex's very, very bad abuse of her. Going from a quiet, meek personality to a outgoing personality who kicks butt and takes names later. Then to meet someone who is just like that. Neither wants a serious relationship. But life sometimes has other plans. I highly recommend reading the first book before this one. I received a review copy and voluntarily review it.

Loved it!!
I wish I could say this was my favourite but I can't because they are all my favourites.. every single book that's been written. Loved the characters obviously and I really liked the storyline of Colt and Callie and how she needed to stand on her own or at least realise with the right person you can. Couldn't go to bed till it was finished!! Can't wait for Remy and then Titans book and hopefully a visit from the parents mixed in 😃

OMG ... this is the first book I have read from this author and I totally loved it. Captivated me from the beginning until the end. I was laughing so much I had to read parts of it out loud to my husband who kept asking what was so funny. I am now having to go and get book 1 and 3 cause like a ninny I started on book 2.

Colton's Mate
I kind of suspected when Jason called Callie to meet him something bad was going to happen. How he was with the same woman who threatened Callie, was clue enough something was going down. I'm glad Colt was able to save Callie before they got the info they were digging around in her brain for. Colt and Callie were perfect for each other. I can't wait to see what happens with Remy.

The inner turmoil of three shifters
This book was a little different and most of my shifter books I've read. These shifters had 2 different animals within their body. The plot was Not unique but was written in a way that you wanted to continue reading it to the end. The characters were Well returned and you felt like you knew them as people/animals. I think I would have to read a few more of these books to really feel comfortable with them.

What a great follow up to the first book
I really enjoyed getting to know more about the Wild Blood Crew. It had another great storyline that kinda was a continuation from the last book but was different. I liked learning more about each of the crew. Also still learning about the struggles and growing pains that the crew has to endure. I can't wait until the next book. It had some hot sexy in the storyline but it didn't take away from the story.

Callie was treated like a servant by the Crows but she's tuned a corner to embrace Bad Callie. Colton the bad boy snow leopard/owl shifter knows it's his mission to help Callow but not take over rebuilding her bar and life. This as two have many users but they are there for each other and the Wild Blood Crew when needed. I can't wait for Cole's twin Remy to get his story! Hot romance and turtles too!

OOO!! these brothers have some women who are amazing. Colton's mate is a survive r, that is special in it's self. She has carved some thing out for herself. Made herself more like she wants to be instead of what someone else wants her to be. I LOVE THE ENDING. I received a complimentary review copy of the book and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

This is part of a series, but can be read as a stand-alone. Awesome characters, exciting storyline, riveting suspense, laugh out loud humor, and steamy romance. I’m loving this series and can’t wait for the next one! Each one features a different couple and they get their HEA without a cliff hanger ending.
