it took me 4 months to decide whether to DNF or not but now I have the answer
this book started off with a sweet and cozy vibe like the scent of freshly baked bread in the morning but reading through it turned out to be a disappointing experience
the pacing was slow and overly plain which made many parts feel dull the characters lacked charm and depth making it hard to connect or empathize with their journeys the writing focused too much on minor details overshadowing the heart of the story
i kept reading hoping it would pick up but eventually had to set it aside before reaching the end
★☆☆☆☆ / 5 although the author clearly aimed for a warm and gentle tone the storytelling style simply did not resonate with me
