This book was not what I expected. It was ok. It totally dropped the ball for what I thought I would be reading about. I almost stopped reading it a few times because I was disappointed in the way the plot was developed. It was more of a suspense genre than I thought it would be. I think the plot would have been fine without the main character having DID. Just bringing in two 'special' gifted people to exploit their gifts would have been sufficient.

So bad it was good. This book had a good idea but the writing devolved and the characters just weren't developed enough for me to care about them in any significant manner. In the end, the lack of closure regarding Corrie's DID was so distracting I almost put down the book. It suffered from Trainwreck Syndrome ultimately. I couldn't look away even when I wanted to do so.

What did I think? Deffinatley a good book :D I had alot of fun reading it but some parts were hard to get through. I love the way the story presented itself and the different "fragments" had such different speech that you always knew who was doing what ... great book. I highly recommend this one for anyone who wants a quick story that ends with you feeling full and happy.
