quick read of the longer (and better) Tiny Habits...if you really want to use his method, read the longer book..its a quick read...but this is better than nothing i guess.
actually what is best is to really apply his concepts to 2 important habits you want to form. its an amazingly effective approach....start very small, link the habit to something you already do. do it daiy for 1 month and poof...it seems like its yours.
