Imagine waking up one morning to a better life: a beautifully stylized home, an elevated position at your job, a cleaner society. Oh, there's a catch - your boyfriend may be a murderer with access to the most powerful invention in human history.
This is exactly how Nina Marks woke on August 8th. Kidnapped across the multiverse, Nina has to navigate her way home. An action-packed journey that will transport readers across several stops in the multiverse, this is a thrilling read for fans of Michael Crichton and the Sci-Fi Genre. See how these parallel universes came to be because of one critical change in history: what if Eleanor Roosevelt had been President? If you have enjoyed other alternative history thrillers like The Man In The High Castle and Underground Airlines, then The Infinite-Infinite should be at the top of your must-read list.

look ill tell you first I am a fantasy girlie through and through. I like fantasy because I can go off to a world unlike my own. well this. this helped me ease into a more realistic world, a more realistic story. but the twist? MULTIVERSES. I am fascinated deeply by multiversal theories and love the idea that these choices and events that happen or don't happen can change who we become and what we go through. the mystery and air of this entire book had me listening everytime I had a free second. I felt invested in Nina and what was going through her mind and how she was dealing with everything thrown at her. id have asked the same questions, id want to know, id stay in universe beta to stay with someone I lost. id be selfish. she showed she understood what was necessary and important. she had so many full circle moments and was able to understand how different things and historical events really could prevent or throw her into a life she never could fathom she could have. I am so excited to read alpha Nina and see where else the feminina series goes.

The Infinite Infinite works on several different levels. It is a story of time travel and suspense with a complex plot that will keep you turning pages. On another level, it is about the main character’s journey to understand herself and to resolve the pain she holds onto after a tragedy in her past. And there is a bit of reflection here on what a less patriarchal society than ours might look like. If you ever ponder the mind bending possibilities of time travel, you will enjoy this trek across the multiverse with a heroine you will want to root for. But most of all, this is a good story, which is the bottom line for me as a reader.
What would you do if you lost everything… and then suddenly gained The Infinite Infinite?
Sci-fi isn’t usually my go to genre, but this one blew me away. It’s sharply written, packed with insight, and somehow makes time travel feel totally plausible without getting bogged down in heavy science talk. Think feminist Dr. Who but way better. It’s smart, fast-paced, and surprisingly easy to devour.
This might just be my top read of the year so far. Highly recommend it, especially if you’re looking for something a little different but deeply satisfying.
This book was a really fun escape for me. I loved writing the characters and seeing how they each adapted to the unique situation they were in. This book required a lot of research on my part, but I'm such a nerd that I really enjoyed every minute of it. As I was writing, I had in mind that I would be turning this into a series so it was exciting to start to think about where else the characters could go in the multiverse and what other complications could arise. I also infused a lot of my own surroundings into the story in terms of the world we live in. At the time I was writing this the #MeToo movement was gaining a lot of momentum and that influence is definitely noticeable in the text.
Have you ever dreamed of waking up in a world that was your world, but better? Your home is more beautiful, your lover more perfect, your job more exciting. In the Infinite-Infinite the universe is multi-dimensional and Nina travels between worlds, even reuniting with a dead lover from another reality. Perhaps all of us are a composition of everything we ever were, everything we are, and everything we have the potential to one day become. If you're a science fiction fan, love Michael Crichton and Philip Dick, you'll enjoy this adventure with Nina, Hank and Parker. I was provided an advanced review copy. My opinions are my own. Give it a try. You won't be sorry.
I received this novel from the author in exchange for a fair review.
A quick-paced, easy-to-follow multi-verse novel, The Infinite-Infinite is an interesting take on parallel dimensions.
While this novel has a lot of thriller moments, it’s also about a woman learning about herself. It's less about finding a better life than accepting that sometimes bad stuff happens and we have to deal with it. It’s about not running from our issues.
It’s also a lot of fun. It’s a very short novel with tiny chapters, lots of dialogue, and easy-to-follow explanations of how the multi-verse in this iteration functions. The action is snappy and the story moves at a good clip.
The main character, Nina, is interesting because she isn’t really interesting. She’s a bit bland, kind of basic, but I think that’s intentional. She goes on to see what she could have been had she put her mind to it, which was a good arc and one we don't see enough of in sci-fi.
I did enjoy the alternate version of earth that had some gender-bias flipping in it, as well as other aspects that were interesting.
In that vein, the one thing I could have had a bit more of was more multi-verses, though. I love when multi-verse media show various iterations of earth, from the mundane, to the thoughtful, to the zany. This one does not do that. In fact, it has a Dark Matter feel to it, in that it’s very realistic. And if you want zany, well, you should still check this one out because it’s still quite fun.
STEM FMC: she does a lot of different things in the universes she visits (math, physics, cosmology) This felt a lot like the Man in the High Castle with alternate histories and some suspense involved in solving the mysteries of the multiverse. I read almost exclusively romances and need an HEA, so I was a little concerned when I was getting towards that end that we might not get a good ending even if it isn’t happy. The ending is satisfactory though, and it does set up the next book nicely. I’m not sure that I enjoy this type of sci-fi thriller plot, so I may not continue the series. I will say that I did this as an audiobook, and I think that was the wrong choice. It was a little difficult to follow which universe we were in and which Nina was talking, so if you want to read it, I would suggest eyeballs instead of earballs.
I enjoyed this book so much! It’s different from what I’ve been reading lately, and felt like a nice change of pace. I love that we jump into the story right when the action is beginning, without any backstory or hints to clue us in on what might be taking place. It really makes you feel like you’re on the journey alongside Nina, figuring things out at the same time she does. The story had a lot of twists and turns, and I liked how the author wove in themes of grief/loss, feminism, and other social commentary. I’ll definitely be checking out the next book in the series!
Great read! I was under the impression the author was not a woman until the very end of the book, and was really impressed at how well "he" wrote the female characters in this book 😂 I am looking forward to reading the sequel! I do really love the introspection it causes about all of our different versions of self, and how easy it is to make a choice that would take us on a completely different path. Well done!
This is a really good interesting sci fi time travel read! I did enjoy it! I liked the characters, ideas & plot & was very quickly drawn into the story! I hope there will be more & the writer decides to turn this into the first part of a series.
The ♾️-♾️'s awesome! A fun seriously fun multiverse adventure :) It’s different and imaginative, along with being incorporated with hints of enjoyable science that’s woven into the story rather enjoyably. The reunion in Delta-verse was absolutely heartwarming & I found myself cheering on the characters at the end of that part’s last chapter 😃 The Epilogue was very well written as well, felt like I was really there to experience the story as though it were a piece of non-fiction history unravelling before my mind's eye. Looking forward to the release of Alpha-Nina 📚
This is a fun sci-fi by a Florida indie author M.K. Williams: This book has a focus on time travel and multiverses. The concept is intricate and at times it did get a bit confusing, but there’s definitely something here for fans of complex timelines.
What really stood out to me was how it blended sci-fi with touches of mystery and thriller so if you’re someone who loves your science fiction with a dash of suspense, this one’s for you. It definitely kept things moving.
It’s part of a series and later books seem to explore the other characters more deeply.
Since exploring the multiverse with my own first novel, I decided to see what other stories I could find that also take place in parallel universes. I came across The Infinite-Infinite and I am very happy that I did! A really nice read. The main character Nina has been through a lot. She felt very genuine to me. It was exciting to follow her on her journey to other worlds and to find out how those realities have been shaped differently. One in particular is a world that I sure wouldn't want to live in. The author has obviously put a lot of thought into how everything connects, which I like. Definitely worth reading. Look forward to reading the upcoming books in the series!
Wow. Just wow! This book was OUTSTANDING. I haven't finished a book so quickly since Michael Crichton's 'Sphere'. You think you have an idea of where things might be headed in the first few pages, but before you know it, you're tangled into a multi-dimensional murder mystery and quite concerned about what's lurking around the corner. I love science fiction, and this book has plenty of it, but it also has mystery, suspense, and complex characters you genuinely care for. I'm glad this book is only Book 1, as there's SO much more to explore across this multiverse! 8/8
An exciting multiverse story, full of fun and suspense.
Nina wakes up next to her boyfriend, but something is off. They aren't in their apartment, or are they? Her job seems the same, but is it? Nina struggles to piece together the puzzle while deciding who she can trust. Will she figure it out before anyone gets hurt?
I enjoyed reading this book and was impressed by the knowledge and thought that went into it. If you enjoy sci-fi or multiverse stories, give it a read!
I haven't read many time travel books. I have a new favorite genre. The Infinite-Infinite was so much fun to read and contemplate.
The characters in this story have to navigate traveling to alternate realities, meeting themselves in worlds similar, yet different to their own. This concept spoke to me and I began thinking about my own existence and whether one decision in my life could alter the train of events for my future.
Definitely a page turner, fast-paced, and exciting. On to book two!
Wow! What a page-turner. This sci-fi thriller did not disappoint. The story follows Nina as she tries to figure out her way back home after she awakes in a parallel universe. Smashing the patriarchy across the multiverse, Nina and the friends she picks up along the way race against the close to get everything and everyone back in place before time runs out.
This was a thrilling read to follow the main character Nina through multiple different dimensions and to see how a minor tweaks here and there could shift our world so dramatically. Nina's journey through space and time was very compelling, and I struggled to put the book down. I wound up finishing it less than 24 hours after starting, which is very unusual for me.
This multi-universe adventure is full of twists and turns. Be ready to take a ride with alter egos through an exciting story as you learn along with them about space and time travel. A real page turner!
Really liked this book. Heard about it on an unrelated podcast the author is on and immediately bought it. Who wouldn’t like a book about travel to parallel dimensions to help right some wrongs with lots of fun along the way? Hoping this becomes a series :)
On a very basic level, this story does ponder different possibilities in different realities which is interesting, but unfortunately this particular story of multiverse time travel didn't connect with me. I didn't particularly like any of the Nina's enough to become invested in the story, which on a fundamental level is a must for me.
I just lost all interest, honestly. Audiobook got me through it, but I didn’t connect to any of the characters or to the storyline at all. And the character’s name was so awful it was distracting. Feminina? Pass.
The concept of the book is cool but I feel like the writing is immature and undeveloped. The plot also gets a bit confusing but the in the way the book is written I don't care to figure it out. It's not a bad book but it's not a great book either.
