I had the honor and pleasure of listening to Monica Johnson speak on the awesome lessons presented in her book ‘Fab 30: Critical Leadership Lessons for Women’. Not only is she a wonderful, relatable writer, she is an awesome speaker!

If you are a leader, an aspiring leader, a seasoned leader, a leader-in-training and haven’t read this book, you should. The lessons here are golden, timely and can help propel your career forward! And although the lessons lean toward empowering women to their leadership potential, there lessons that men can benefit from as well; even if to only understand the hurdles that the women around them may be experiencing in reaching their full leadership potential and possibly be a supporting force in helping the voices of these leaders be heard.
