I have no hesitation in saying that it is a good thing for people to take an interest in cultivating their taste for the luxuries of life, above all food, be they budding executives with expense accounts or ambitious young men and women who are earning a fair amount of money by their own exertions and are seeking, quite rightly, to reap their just rewards, including the gastronomic ones.
