A great book and wonderful to read for anyone who knows Rome and its streets well enough to follow Raffle on his walks through the city centre. His language is poetic, baroque, humoristic at some parts a little long-winded but still very entertaining.

This book is clearly written for Rome lovers and connoisseurs. If you haven't been to the Eternal City yet, wait with this book and read it while striving through the Roman Rioni or in your hotel room before your head out to be captivated and enchanted!
