It a great book to get an overview on healthcare quality and gain some knowledge about this great field.

Really got a lot out of this book. It uses real life examples to help illustrate each point. In addition it clearly explained how various quantitative and qualitative improvement tools can be used. It also provides good explanation of outcome measures to use in healthcare. Great addition to my library.
