Succinct and to the point basic instruction for dealing with emergencies. One of the few text books I enjoyed reading! Happy to be completing this course and joining the CERT community

Generally I am not a fan of the - inform what this chapter is about, detail inform what the chapter is about, what the chapter is about, and then summation of the chapter. I understand the need of repetition but after so much I just snooze off and forget the whole thing. The entire section on DOT warnings was completely useless.
