Haven't made anything yet but LOVE the layout of the print edition. Explanations of the different functions and how to use them, what function to use for a recipe, which recipes are for different dietary restrictions, and helpful tips for recipe adjustments and when to use what rack or rotating device and where to put them in the appliance. I have the Instant Vortex Air Fryer Pro but hardly any recipes require use of the 2 extra features it offers that the Plus does not. Also there are photos for some of the recipes which so many books don't have and it drives me nuts when cookbooks do that as then you have no idea if you did something wrong.

1 star off because the list of supplies at the beginning of the book isn't as thorough as it really should be. Also a photo for each recipe is far more helpful than the amount given. Last thing is the roast chicken - the 3.5lb size is nearly impossible to find and even trussed barely fits. It would be so much more helpful if cornish game hens were used in these recipe books instead.
