Something's leaving behind mysterious footprints at a Southern California park. And not just any footprints. Massive, bloody prints.
Prints that later disappear.
The city council brings in Samantha Moon to get to the bottom of the prints... and to get to the bottom of what many are already calling "The Beast of Santana Park."
Are the prints the result of magic, clever pranksters, or something else entirely?
Sam doesn't know, but one thing is certain: she's going to find out...

Samantha is hire by the Norco City Council to find out what is hurting their park. Bloody foot prints are being left and after a few hours disappear. Great story story.
Within this Beast of a short is the beginning of what seems to be the next chapter in the lives of Sam and her kids. They grow up so fast. And the ending made me smile a bit tearily.
Unusually cool! That dino won't bleed again. And I love how Sam decided to bring her daughter in to help. It always amazes me what her powers can do. Thanks again Mr Rain😎
Probably comes somewhere around VfH #21. Can’t pin it down. Elizabeth is gone and Tammy is 17.
Sam is hired to find, and stop, the source of mysterious bloody animal footprints that appear and disappear in Santana Park. Bittersweet, but heartwarming. Shows a soft side of Sam.
4⭐️ More wounds form, more chunks of meat being torn free as the old boy had been attacked from all sides. It stumbles next to me, reenacting its death scene, over and over again. For some reason, the big fellow never accepted its death, or didn’t know it had died.
