Ranikhet Express: The Love Track
Ranikhet Express is as young as first love, unaware smiling through the “woo-wooing” of the night train to the Pantnagar. Little aware of his destiny, Palash boards the train of his life and makes the way to Pantnagar in 2004 when his to-be “beloved” Jigna meets him at a place far from his roots. Palash an optimistic and sharp youngster from Jaipur, Rajasthan and
Jigna a sweet/beautiful, innocent girl of Delhi,
Palash is a graduate student at Pantnagar University. During his Delhi visits (to meet his cousin) Palash meets Jigna. Very soon they become a good friend.
After some meetings, Palash and Jigna pertain with a strong bond of love,
Can society / their families accept this relationship?

The writing style of the author is coherent and easy to understand. The book cover is also very attractive as like the storyline.
What a fabulous storyline, concept and narration. The characters are very nicely portrayed. Every character played an important role in building suspense.
The story will hold you from start till end.
But the beginning of the book is a bit confusing, but as soon as the dots join, the story becomes interesting.
Every chapter has something new something catchy and interesting. It's tempting to read this book without a break which I did.
There is suspense hidden on every page you read. Middle of the story took a turn that was quite shocking and unexpected that I had to take 5 minutes pause to absorb the things😅. The plot of the story is amazing. It's worth reading. The ending of the story brought me into tears. This book has negativity too but that is also written in such a good way. The book is beautifully written and I must say Piyush Baindara will turn into a better writer with every upcoming book of his. I loved his work in this book.

The story is about young couple Palash and Jigna, who fall in love with each other in one meeting.
The story starts with Palash a young and confident guy who came from Rajasthan to Pantnagar University for his bachelor's degree. For the next four years, he will spend as a bachelor student in the college of agriculture for his graduation.
Everything was new for him hostel life, new place, new friends, and altogether with a new experience. As he started with college he gone through all the experiences a guy goes in his college life ragging, fresher’s party, the routine of getting early & scheduling yourself.
Palash made a plan with his roommate to go to Delhi for CBSE pre-medical test, but as they had already completed their 1st year in the graduation yet Palash’s roommate was still interested in the exam.
He visited because he knew his aunt also lived in Delhi and his cousin Dev, he was excited to meet him. Palash and Dev shared a great bond and they share everything about their lives. Dev loved Jiya but he was hesitant in talking and Palash was always good in communicating so Dev planned a meeting with Jiya along with Palash and also invited her friend Jigna for company.
So they met and Palash made them comfortable by leaving Dev & Jiya alone to talk and while he sat with Jigna separately. By sharing the time, talking Palash & Jigna made a good bond in a few minutes where Palash found Jigna a sweet and innocent girl.
Palash knew it was first and the last time they were meeting because they both live in different states but Palash tried his luck and gave her his number as she didn't have a mobile phone.
When Palash got back to Pantnagar he didn't know his life will be changed. But in the middle of his second semester, he got a call from Jigna which made him recalled all the memory, and then something unexpected happened.
So will they meet after talking on the phone and confessing their love? Will they make it to be in a relationship as a couple? Can their love become successful?

Ranikhet Express: The Love Track is the debut novel written by Piyush Baindara and it's very impressive and interesting to read.
The author Piyush Baindara has beautifully developed a love story of a young couple which was an extreme pleasure to read. The author has also written this book impressively and with passion, as I read this story I was so touched by it, that I really felt all the emotions and it just touched my heart.
Every love story is not the same and the way they met each other will make you feel magnificent. The story was very delightful and heart touching and couldn't stop myself to know the end.
The story is well written and character will make their place in your mind which will drive you to the story every time you think of them.
The highlight of the book is the story is filled with honesty, simplicity, and craziness for their love and they stick together no matter what happened. No doubt the author has captured my mind with this powerful book and I can wait to read the second book.

This book is about Palash and Jigna's love story from the early 2000 era. Palash and Jigna were college goers and fell in love on an occasional meeting. From not having personal phones, to expensive calling and sneaking out for love, traveling miles and hours for someone - everything is there in this book.
I liked how Author portrayed the characters' determination to go to any extent for love; despite, them being from different castes of society.
Don't you feel like this has been a story of many people? Yes, and definitely many will relate to it too.
Now with all that do they meet in the end? And if yes, what follows? That's for you to read.
I liked the honest portrayal, simplicity and how author has posed questions for the readers in the end of some chapters to make em think. There isn't anything forced or dreamy, which makes this a beautiful and realest love story to read.
Although, there are some places grammar can be improved upon. And also narrative point-of-view shifts which needed editing.
With all of it, I'd like to conclude this as a good read.

"Time is the only treatment that can make us forget old memories" ( Quoted from the text) I think this line is applicable for everyone's heart to understand life and move on. Now let's get into our book Ranikhet Express.
While reading the prologue I got a different idea about the story but it ended up with something else unexpected. I felt the title is justified as Ranikhet express because the story is also a fast phase emotional journey of love and life. The narration is almost like watching a movie in theatre. Everything which happened in Palash's and Jigna's life is almost reletable with every common college student. A story with lots of everyday incidents and consequences of those actions. There are 25 chapters and each title is clearly accountable. There is no run for dictionary and it's very much preferable for budding readers.
I can see that the author has concentrated more on the story part, but I felt the story could have been even more focused on the description of the surroundings so that readers can also get the aroma of our travelling environment while they read. On the whole it was a good story to read and experience.
Special note to the author:
I always wanted to create curiosity in the minds of the readers while they read my review so I used to give a brief story line and throw questions and hints to the audience but this book gave me a real shock when I was in search of a lovely climax anyways I liked it that way.

The introduction of the female protagonist with the male protagonist is unexpected and only happens because of another cute love track by the protagonist's friend Dev. Palash friend dev planned a meeting with Jiya who also invited Jigna, this the moment Palash and Jigna met first. Then after their relationship blossomed.
Will they continue their relationship? Does their relationship flourishes in love? Will they get married to each other with their parent's consent? Do caste and customs become a hindrance to their marriage? Read to put an end to these questions.

Being a movie freak myself, I love those plots that bear an uncanny resemblance to them. And 'Ranikhet Express' is one such book that will take you to the memory lanes of quite a few popular bollywood flicks.
After reading too many mentally draining read the past month or so, I was looking forward to a soothing story and then I come across this lovely tale of Palash and Jigna. How the destiny converge them to one point and how passing through various ups and downs they emerge victorious is what the book by and large covers.
It has all the elements of making one feel optimistic and hopeful about lot many things in life. It makes one feel nostalgic as it explores those little funny incidents of academic life.
When I picked this book, I had the impression of it being a travel monologue as it seems from its enticing cover but it turns out to be a cute love story at the end. The characterisation of protagonists is done well and it can easily be finished in a single sitting

I wish I was more of a writer because this book deserve more eloquent review. I laughed, cried and still couldn't stop reading. You experience every emotion reading this beautiful story which surprisingly is debut book of author. It had good buildup with satisfying and heartfelt romance between the characters. Language used is simple and as pure as love story.
Author intially describes lighter moments of hostel Life, how he gets into trouble because of his helpful nature and how he finally meets his love interest. Interesting part is mature discussion by both lovers and how they go through various emotional rollercoaster moments to finally come together. 💗

Love is always depends on what cards destiny plays. Sometimes it plays in your favour but sometimes not the same happens with protagonist Palash who meet Jigna through his friend Dev but soon destiny played it's card.To know which card it's read this beautiful book.

Ranikhet is lovely love story explain by Piyush Baindara. The story revolved around Palash and Jigna. They are start loveing each other on first meeting. This is one of those books which takes you back to your school time! It is all about college life, student life and the shenanigans. The characters like Dev and Jiya will win your heart for ever and ever. The cover is beautiful and also i found no loopholes in the storyline. Overall I'd love to recommend this one to others.

Ranikhet Express - The Love Track by Piyush Baindara is a beautiful love story. This 25 chaptered book with some interesting scenes and situations in the story. The main protagonist of the story is Palash who falls in love with Jigna. The interesting first meet between them and the love developed is something more like a sweet experience. The proposal and the first date are something that interested me in this story. Though the starting seemed, as usual, the continuation and flow of the story keep me engrossed in the story. It could be completed in one sitting for any reader with an average pace. The book cover is interesting and the language of the narration is simple as well. Overall this is a really good read.

Don't miss this sweet, innocent and rustic tale of first love.

"Ranikhet Express" is a love tale written by Piyush Baindara. This is a story which shows that the power of true love will never diminish and will win over all the obstacles. This book is the first half of the story and the rest will be narrated in the second book.
This is the story of Palash who is a native of Jaipur and is a bright student. The story is of the time of 2005 when technology is not so advanced. He opts for agriculture as his future stream and joins the College of Agriculture at Pantnagar University. He was happy to be there. But his life changes totally when he visits Delhi to his cousin Dev and meets his friend Jigna. She is simple girl and both of them fall in love instantly. They talk to each because Palash had a mobile and Jigna calls him from her home landline or from PCO. Their love deepened day by day.

Some books starts on a simple note but soon it turns into something extra ordinary. This is a simple looking love story of Palash and Jigna ,both student of different college.
Whereas Jigna studies in Delhi ,Palash studies in pantnagar. Ranikhet Express plays an Important role in their love story . What happens with their love story and how they dealt with all the hurdles is this story is all about. Fate plays an important role in their love story as well.
The story is full of college life,hostel life incident and nuisance of students life.

Ranikhet Express: The Love Track is a story of Palash and Ranikhet Express as of how it played an important role in his love. It starts with Palash going to Pantnagar for his studies and one day he goes to Delhi with his cousin Dev to meet Jiya and Jigna and that is the starting point for the journey of Palash and Jigna. From then they both stayed frequently in touch though those were the days when Mobile was a luxury and free SMS were used instead of Whatsapp.
The story is all about how destiny played as a cupid in between Palash and Jigna. I wanted to read more about them and the story ended with a hope that there would be a sequel coming out soon.
Review:
- The cover is beautiful with a bright background and the railway station making it more attractive.
- The title is perfect for the story but a bit funny when I heard it for the first time.
- The plot is simple but the narration is what made it interesting. The way every single detail was mentioned and the problems regarding inter-caste marriage and also the strict parents as well as the support of a friend like Parth as well as Palash's cousin Dev were narrated well.
- I am eagerly waiting for the next part as it would involve the aftermath of their marriage.
- The language is simple and easy to understand.
Overall, I would recommend this story to all those who enjoy reading love stories.

Beyond myriad nefarious drawbacks and anathema, Palash and Jigna, two acquiesce souls abhor all the effrontery decry that their faith put forth. Though all the egregious outbreaks and worldly aggrandizement what makes them going is their utmost faith, understanding and licentious between them. Leaving beside all the flak, obfuscation and flagrant molest, their strong penchant and inane of dealing with the situations calmly, made ways a bit solipsism. 🌻

Ranikhet Express is an amazing love story which reminds of times when call and texting were not common. Palash is studying in Ratnagar University in Rajasthan. He accompanies his friend to Delhi where he meets Jigna and they both fall in love with each other in their first meeting. Since they both live afar, Piyush gives his phone number in hopes that she will call him. He is upset to find out that she doesn't have a personal phone with her. Will Jigna call him? What she will say? How will their love survive when they have no means to talk to each other?
The story is very sweet and makes us reminisce about past when technology wasn't as advance as now. This love story is set in an era when there was no Facebook or Whatsapp. I really like the emotional setting of the story. The author has done a beautiful job expressing the emotion of characters. A unique love story, which survives all the odds against them. The title of the book is very interesting. The language of the book is simple and lucid.
I really recommend this book to everyone. Surely buy this book. It is among one of the best love story I have read.

This is the story of Palash, a student of Pantnagar University and Jigna, a simple girl from Delhi.
Palash meets her on his visit to Delhi and they somehow connect on somethings which further leads to the start of their frienship.
But as the story moves forward, they are faced with many hurdles which one might overcome in order to reach the final station.
The question is, will Palash and Jigna able to establish their story in a world where caste and creed is a matter of great prestige.
An amazingly written book with equally amazing content.
