Packed with information and tips, very useful. In fact it's much more than a travel book... I found it handy for beginning a life in Germany. It covers just about every city in Germany I could think of visiting, with practical tips on cool yet affordable places to hang out, best places to make friends, ways to save money, ways to earn money (!), how to settle into German life... things a newbie in town should know.
I think I'll find this book useful even after I've stayed in the country for months.
Quite outdated. Lots of the places don't exist anymore and some of the descriptions are as off as they could be. Not one of the best Let's Go books. I'll get one of the newer ones and try to see if it's better. Food choices are always good, however.
