Very informative and accessible read and I love the ways in which she’s addressed heavy topics with beautiful poetry, deep insight and powerful quotes! The clearing exercises are especially helpful. Everyone’s trauma is personal and varied, but I believe this book could be helpful to anyone, including families and friends of those who have experienced trauma.

Hands down by far this is the best book I have read in years. Not only did this book contain the wisdom and concepts that I have been learning about concerning this subject but it gave me even more possibilities to explore. Her poetry is so powerful that not only can you see it, but you can feel it too.

One of the best books on abuse recovery in relationships that I've been lucky to have found. Highly readable for such dark painful subjects. By the end you are left with a lot of solid hope for your own recovery. Very well written
