This sturdy board book is just the right size for little hands. The whimsical illustrations fill each page which is cut in the shape of the animal being introduced such as a lion, a zebra, a hippo, a giraffe and a bird. The simple text will acquaint your little one with new vocabulary and help them to learn what each animal looks like and its characteristics. It's a great addition to your child's library. Many thanks to Chronicle Kids Books for the review copy.
The most wonderful illustrations! We loved this author's book of Farm Animals and this one of Wild Animals is even more fantastic. It's simply drawings of animals with what they are, but the unique and modern graphics make it so special. Perfect for little babies.
Cute illustrations by one of my toddlers favorite illustrators. I would have found it more engaging if they had been in alphabetical order, or if the backgrounds were different. But still great illustrations!
Love the beautiful artwork in Wild Animals! Lots of different animals are covered in this book for Oliver to look at. He can't say elephant yet but when he sees the elephant, he attempts to make the elephant noise. It is pretty adorable.
