Gemma “Gem” Jackson is the youngest and the last of the Jackson women to fall in love, but the man that is trying to win her heart, she can’t stand. Although she thinks he is attractive enough, his arrogant attitude is a huge turn off for her, and no way will she give in to his advances, so she thinks. Raphael “Royal” Wilkerson is the baby of the Wilkerson clan, and he is used to getting whatever he wants. When he meets feisty and fiery Gemma, he is immediately turned on, but he plays it cool. The more time he spends with her, he grows fond of her and before long, he is determined to make her his. Will Gemma let down her guard and allow baby Wilkerson a chance to steal or heart, or will one misunderstanding kill any chances for Royal and Gemma to have their happily ever after.

Every book that Anna has written has been an absolute pleasure to read. She writes stories that are so believable that you can imagine them happening in a town near you, making you want to relocate!!! Lol. From the very beginning, Gutta came in and took over as a boss. But just as serious and respected as he is in business, he is just and loving and caring towards his family. He makes sure that not only does his family know that, but anyone that knows him or even of him understands this. As for Ms. Gemma and Baby Royal, I'm so glad they found their happily ever after. She is such a no nonsense chick that it almost seemed like she would never have those walls broken down...until Royal comes along. They are the perfect match for one another. I'm glad that they can now trust one another and love on each other forever. Great job Anna and I'll be waiting on your next series! Hint, hint!!!
What better way to end the series than with baby Royal but I don't think we can call him a baby no more. I loved the transformation Royal went through from being the arrogant jackass to the mature loving man he wanted to be for Gemma. I was a little disappointed in Gemma when she automatically assumed Royal cheated on her because of missing condoms and I can't lie because I probably would have acted the same way if not worst. I'm glad Tas was man enough and owned up to taking them. This was an outstanding series. The storyline was consistent with all four books and I loved everything about them. Each story had it's own uniqueness and meshed together so well. I'm sad that this series has come to and I can't wait to see what else Anna Black has in store for her readers.💜💜
It just gets better and better each time Anna Black writes a book/series. After reading a series from Anna Black, I often say that this is my favorite one but then she goes a right another amazing series. Royal and Gemma were forces to be reckon with and one had to give in or meet in the middle. I absolutely love Gemma because she is loyal, truthful without filters, loving, head strong, funny and dedicated to her craft as a nurse. Royal had a lot to deal with by proving what to do when it came to the matters of the heart. Don’t take my word for it, you must purchase this book to see what happens. Do yourself a favor and purchase the entire series, you will not be disappointed.
P.S. I hope this series also becomes an audiobook.
Yo, I have always loved Anna Black's books and this entire series was dope. I love Gemma and Royal. I knew after playing hard to get, eventually he would become the man she wanted and needed. I hate that Chas feels she can't give her husband a child, as that is devastating for a woman, yet couldn't wait to hear how it plays out. I love the relationships between all the couples. They all wanted to best for each other and was genuine. They were all a strong support for one another and that make sthe relationships even stronger. Hearing about Royal's accident and the trauma behind it, for sure made me think he wouldn't survive. Im happy of the outcome. I loved the ending. Happy especially for Chas and her blessings and the other couples as well. Overall the book was good.
This book was a page turner. Glad all the Wilkerson men found love. Gemma and Royal were made for each other. The bond those brothers had was special. They supported each other businesses and also their sister-in-law’s businesses too. Chas was stressing over giving Rel a kid and gave him triplets, which DeeDee called. That accident brought Gemma and Royal together because she was ready to walk away thinking he cheated. Glad they all found love and had babies. Great book
This series was the first book I’ve read by this author and i was not disappointed. The series was great and it was totally worth the wait. Royal is definitely book bar. I’m so glad him and Gemma decided to give in and give being in a relationship a try. I wish there would have been more about them in this book. But I loved the fact that the Wilkerson men were not thugs or drug dealers. It made this series so much better. I’m happy all the women and men God their happy every after. I’m glad their mother finally came around.
I loved this series and I really thought that Gemma wasn't going to give Royal a chance. But she took a leap of faith and went for it. Now their doing the husband and wife thing. Chas and Rel finally have their little family with triplets. Now they can enjoy their family because Chas has been trying her best to get pregnant. I really liked how their wasn't as much drama, there was a little but they got it under control and Royal turned out ok. Great ending too, I really loved it.
I love this series i like how each one incorporated each Wilkerson an Jackson woman they was with an told there story. Each man went hard for their woman. I really didn't think gemma an royal would get together but look they was destined an just like each other. I had a scare when the police came an took Gutta i thought they had something but Trina deserved everything she got she just couldn't let go!!! All the couples was the bomb man they looked out for each other an all them was smart, an go getters!.
I knew Gemma and Royal was gone give in to each other. They are too much alike but so right for each other. I hate what happened to Royal but I'm glad it wasn't worse. Malice is such a sweetheart. I love how he loves Grace. I'm glad Chas found her true soulmate in Rel. They might've had some infertility problems but ended up with a triple whammy. I really enjoyed reading this book.
Anna definitely delivered! Those brothers and them sisters! Gemma and Royal were a match made in heaven! Gemma kept me laughing! I was worried about Delilah for a minute when it came to her baby boy, but she surprised me. Chas deserves the happiness and family she got, sometimes we have to go through hell to get to that love that’s Heaven sent! Keep up your greatness Anna Black
I'm in tears literally. The happiness I'm feeling is so real. These Wilkerson men are the truth. They know how to treat the women they love. Royal and Gemma story is the icing on the cake. Although I wanted to strangle Tas he didn't know the mess he caused with his infidelity. I'm so excited about all these babies. It's like one of the family. Thanks Anna Black. You're a beast with your pen game. This 5 star read is one for record books.
This was indeed a great series. The author never disappointed and I'm a forever fan. I can relate to parts of her story being from the Chi myself. Now i need me a Wilkerson in my life. Those men took care of their women and vice versa. Chas,Gem,Grace and Gabby was head over heels for these men. These characters will be missed but i look forward to reading more from this author. Great Job
Nah I was not expecting it to end the way it did but I’m glad it went out on a good note. That Gemma and Royal are a true match for each other. They know how to balance each other out and also very protective of each other. Them Jackson women plus Chas put it on those Wilkerson men and now living the good life. I love how all the guys were take charge and catered to their women. This series definitely went out on a good note!
This book was the icing on the cake. I love the Wilkerson men. I love that everybody had their own story and it all came together for all of them after they suffered so long and hard trying to find love. Now Anna all I need you to do is make me one of them Wilkerson men please and thank you
Now that’s what I'm talking about. This series was nothing but the truth baby!!. Gem and Royal finally did the dang thing.. She gave him such a hard time at first.. And Tas man that boy needed his a$$ whooped the way he was messing around on Lisa. Chile he better be glad she has a heart of gold.. Cause baby I could never🗣🗣🗣🗣
This was a dope read I'm so happy royal wasnt cheating and the truth finally came out he need to definitely keep his friends out his home so he wont be in that kind of trouble again..that's good they all got to have their men and babies and everybody got to live a happily ever after life..loved the whole series
Anna Black knocked this series out the park. Matching up the brothers with their perfect match. Although Royal and Gemma was alike he was still able to be the boss and I loved how that was portrayed in the book. This series is on my must read list. Take a bow Anna Black great job.
This series was good and held my attention from the very first page. I love the bond of the brothers and the sister. I love Royal and Gemma relationship they definitely was made for each. I loved all the couple and was happy to see everyone gotten an happy ending.
First of I love all of Anna Black’s. She has yet to disappoint me since she started writing and I started reading her books. This book definitely shows how much trust and loyalty go in a true relationship. All the Wilson men go hard for their women and all the ladies go hard for their men too. Gemma tripped me out the most because she is very mean lol.
I enjoyed this book I’m glad Gemma gave Royal a chance they made a cute couple it shows that it takes the right woman to change a woman. I’m glad everyone had a happy ending overall.
This book was definitely a page Turner I'm glad that the Wilkerson men found love I'm glad that Gemma & royal final got together I'm sad to see these characters go good job to author Anna black for coming with this banger it was worth the wait
I hate to see this series come to an end but what a great way to end it. Everybody found love and happiness and most of Delilah got her wish for more then 1 grandchild. Enjoyed this and look forward to reading more work from the author.
I loved it. I was very worried in the beginning because Gemma was hell in heels. She wasn’t tryna hear it at all. I got scared for Royal. This book fit in well with the series. It was well written. Great job
I absolutely loved this series!!! From the very beginning when we we're first introduced to the Ladies and the Wilkerson men. I loved how even through all the ups and downs they stuck it through to reach their happily ever afters. Whew all these babies😂😂😂😂
Anna, this series was 🔥🔥🔥. I'm mad it had to end. Royal and Gemma were something else. I love their relationship. This series shows that there is someone for everyone. Sometimes you just have to be patient to receive your blessing. Great job Anna.
Anna first i want to start by saying books 1-4 were great! I loved how your characters were hardworking people from Chicago and it didn’t have a lot of violence and drug dealing just straight couples falling in Love and I’m glad book 4 was based on Royal and Gem.
Yes I loved it. I have found another author to add to my favorites list. This crew was off the chain love loyalty dedicated and these men didn’t play about theirs. Try them if you wanna.
Okay I read I kinda felt the story was kinda rushed. Also it should’ve been more of Gemma and royal (if that makes since) but overall it’s an okay read
