This story showcases the main character Joshua, a young sheep who's the underdog, or outcast in nearly every situation he's in. He gets made fun of for being different and is often taken for granted due to his kind and generous nature. But through several events, the readers learn that basically, what goes around comes back around. Also, it's best to do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
Enjoyable and educational for both children and adults. As an adult, I identified real life situations which happen more often than we would want to admit. Sticking to the idea of what goes around comes around, the story stresses that we should try to see beyond our prejudices when it comes to dealing with the people around us. Plus, we ought to not take advantage of the ones who help us out of kindness without a secret agenda. It’s a good educational material, if used properly. The illustrations are nicely drawn, too. The last one is a great questions starter.
