Every time I finish one of the books in the series I say I'm not going to purchase another one until the series is complete yet here I am again buying another segment and loving each page that I read. This series gets better and better.
Answers have been revealed to the paternity of Jullian but now questions have surfaced about Joaquin. So many things are constantly being divulged that I'm still not sure whose good and who's bad. One thing for certain is that I'm of a lover of books and never require a HEA but I am rooting for a HEA for Grant and Mia in this series. Keeping my fingers crossed that Grant remains a stand up guy and this couple gets a HEA.
Looking forward to book 5, Crave around Winter 2016.

There is everything here. In this part of the novella we find out the mystery behind Julian and how much grant really knows about mia's secrets. We also get to see a little more of Mitch, although he isnt a major player, but i feel he is important since it seems like there is a good connection developing between mia and him. Many things become revealed, but many more questions. Again the ending has left me saying "What?!" but that is part of the draw to this series. This author has truly done a great job creating a balance between suspense, sexy scenes, mystery and action. LOVED IT and cant wait til the rest of the series is out.

I am not a fan of drip feeds and I should have looked at the page amount before I downloaded this series. The characters and plot went through more changes than Lilly Savage's wardrobe to the extent I won't read anymore of this one. I don't know how long the author intends to stretch this out. Glad it was on Kindle Unlimited.

This series sucks you in and makes you want to keep going to see what happens.
In this book Mia learns of hidden secretes about her brother that she never knew. Yet she still believes that he is not guilty for the crime he has been accused of. We get some answers in this book that raise question as to how much Mia’s brother has hidden from her. She learns that he was involved with drugs and then we find the answers to who Julian’s parents are.
Grant confirms what he had thought all along when he first laid eyes on Julian that it was his and Mia’s son. Both know the truth of Julian’s identity but they haven’t seen each other to confirm to each other the truth that they had a son together. Many things become revealed, but many more questions.
There are so many twist and turns in this book it keeps you on your toes.

So we’ve gotten to the point where we realize each book is pretty short—if that’s something you can’t do, disregard this review.
That being said, I’d say this is where tensions really rise. The secrets become a journey to beat the clock. Both of the main characters will stress you out in this book but I think that’s why I enjoy it. I enjoy seeing characters have these near fatal flaws. It makes them not only relatable, but it makes me want to keep reading to see if there is any redemption. Holy sh**. If I had one word to describe this series so far, it would be: INTOXICATING. INTOXICATING AS HECK!!

Mia still acting as Ksenya, the Russian girl is still looking for a way to help her brother get out of the murder charge against him, although Grant has figured out her true identity. She is now staying with Grant after she told him the truth about why she left two years ago and what happened to her baby.
Now both Grant and Mia are awaiting the results of DNA tests as to who baby Julian's parents really are and they are both in for a surprise...

Nerve racking!
The truth is finally coming to light. Although Grant has told Mia that they are done after clearing her brother he now knows why she disappeared all those years ago. The rape, the baby that might have been his if it had lived. But for answers that are being discovered there are now more and more questions. This has kept me on the edge of my seat all the way through.

Revelations
Each chapter had a new revelation and led to more questions. I am rooting for grant and Mia but also wondering how it would work out since no one is who they seem, there are a slew of lies and a lot of anger. The angst and emotion is tangible and the story is well developed. I do wish the volumes were longer but still this is a fun story and one that has caught my attention!

Carnal was awesome,This series keeps you guessing and wanting more, Loveing the plots in the story and the mystery of who has taken Mia & Grants Baby, I have my ideas who is involed with taken the baby, cant wait to read about what is going to happen next.I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest opinion. Omg seriously with Mia!!! Shes a total head case. Shes got serious psychological issues to try and justify her whore behavior and the way she tries to manipulate situations to fit her crazy head. Shes fucked up and I like her less and less. Her unhealthy obsession with trying to save her brother is ridiculous. Grant should drop the bitch!!!

It keeps getting better and better. I love these and I hate these. We finally find out who Julian is and more things that leaves us with even more questions. Very intriguing story line, even if it is broken up into a serial.

I cannot put these books down. The plot keeps twisting through every book. I cannot believe what book four revealed. Plus cannot forget the hot love making, Grant and Mia are making up lost times. Let's keep tripping through the road of lies and secrets.

Gripping!
I can't get enough of this series. I am loving the plot and the characters, even though Grant is making me so mad. All the twists and connections are well thought out and the couple has plenty of steamy moments.

After each book, I think I have figured out who is guilty but then there are more twists and turns!! I love this series and need to find out who took Grant and Mia's baby!!! I love that Grant and Mia are finally together !! I can't wait for their HEA!!

OK...WOW...just when you think there have been twists and turns in every book so for, this 4th book in the series has your jaw hanging and going WHAT??? This has so far been my favourite in the series when you think you have the answers another question pops up and when you think Alana Albertson couldn't give you more plot twists....she does. All in all this series so far keeps you hooked and wanting for the final book when all the questions and plot twists are answered and to see how will Mia and Grant finally end up.

Mixed feelings
While I w found this story very interesting, I am also more than a little peeved. I really feel ripped off by the continuous need to buy a other story. The cost of this story is getting out of hand. So far , four books at $2.99 each and we haven't got to the end is, to me, a ripoff. This author is talented, has good storylines and character development. Which is why I have continued to read the story. But I don't have to like the way this is set up. I will put her name on my list of authors to be wary of in the future.
