This is one of my favorite cook books! It's a mixed selection of dinner pastries and desserts that have all turned out great...but the best part is the tips provided and "make and store" measurements so you can make the basic ingredient (i.e. cocoa dough) to use in severl different recipes throughout the next couple of weeks!
