Consume is book 6 in the Se7en Deadly SEALs Serial

I cannot get enough of this series, each episode building the suspense. Grant and Mia are together and trying to find their son, Julian. Joaquin is still in jail. Ashleigh and Mitch are in the middle of it all trying to help . So many loose ends to wrap up, will they be able to find their son? Will they find out who raped Mia? How will they accomplish it all? And who is able to be trusted? Make sure you have Covet ready to go, you won't want to wait to find out!!
Jason Clarke and Jennifer O'Donnell perform this book with such passion and emotion it is easy to get caught up in the story. They are amazing together and keep you wanting more.
Consume is full of changes as Mia and Grant learn to trust one another. Mia still finds it hard to believe that her brother has betrayed her and caused her so much pain over the last three years. She changed her entire looks to go undercover to find the truth to clear him of murder charges. She still believes that she is in the place she is meant to be and has a chance to get her son back after being told he died right after birth.
I love the emotional level of the story and the twists that keep the story changing and very interesting.
I purchased Consume as part of the Se7en Deadly SEALs series anthology.
This series keeps pulling me further into it. I need answers the writer keeps you engaged into all the twist and turns that this series has.
In this book Mai and Grant realize no matter what there is no denying their chemistry. Mia and Grant are trying to find their son, Joaquin is still in jail. They rekindle their love for each other and take steps to start to build it back up to where it was before she left him. They get married and more things come to light.
Secrets are revealed, loyalties tested and unimaginable betrayal. At what price is happiness?
I bought this book today and completed it in around 2 hours. Couldn't put it down from start to finish. I can't say too much without giving anything away but for anyone that has began this series or likes suspense it is a must read. I can't wait now for the 7th and final book to discover all the answers and see if it's an happy ever after for Grant and Mia. With shock twists and turns. I love the writing of Alana Albertson and look forward to much more of her work.
This amazing, enthralling, sensual, sexually charged book is packed with intrigue, layered plots and drama! Both Mia & Grant are engaging and their chemistry is unmistakable. Grant & Mia rekindle their love, but there are sacrifices. I love the parallels in this book as secrets are revealed, loyalties tested and unimaginable betrayal. At what price is happiness.. Anxiously waiting for the next book.
This volume is the best to date. There are a lot moving pieces, but it is clear which way the story is starting to u fold. I love how Grant is so true to who he is and his family. Mia is slightly annoying, but I think that is because as the reader I have a lot info she doesn’t have. Autumn is an unknown still and I hope we see how the entire drug case unravels. Great book/series and can’t wait to read the last Volume!
I love how these books are written. I love the character depth, I love the emotional roller coaster, and I’m certainly loving that this book is us putting the pieces back together in one puzzle, solving another puzzle, and fingers crossed so hard we might break them for the third puzzle. You’ll let out a breath you didn’t realize you were holding with this one! Pay attention cuz the twists and turns ain’t over!
As the truths are uncovered, the lies are coming home to roost. Have Grant and Mia finally gotten their happily-ever-after only to lose it again? Everything’s starting to make a twisted kind of sense. And the picture that’s emerging from the gathered puzzle pieces is terrifying. I received a complimentary copy of this book.
Oh dear God, when is this insanity going to end with Mia. I just don't understand the logic behind a character like Mia where she manipulates, twists and comes up with all these insane thoughts and theories but when Grant is telling her the absolute truth, with hints of evidence, she flips the fuck out and doesn't even entertain the idea presented to her. I just don't fucking get it.
Cliffhanger, this story is very good, only wish the author was kind enough to put it into ONE BOOK......unfortunately I will never read another book by this author for making it into 6 book cliffhangers....now I need to move on to the last book......7
Alana's making me want to scream at what's happening with everything going on with Mia & Grant. Though it's nice Mia's being able to be herself 99% of the time. But then we're hearing more things about Her brother Joaquin's character & he's not quite who they all thought he was....
I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review. Things are finally coming to a head! Oh my goodness!!!! Mia and Grant are finding out more secrets that they never would of thought happened. This is one devious, sad, sickening story and I cannot get enough of it!
This is an Outstanding second chance military romance. The storyline is excellent with mystery, suspense, deceit, smoking hot chemistry, love and intrigue. The characters are relatable, likable and realistic. I loved this collection. I voluntarily read an ARC and this is my honest review.
Wow what a bombshell!! Truly knocked me off my feet to hear the revelation from Joaquin. Mia just got the disgusting surprise of a lifetime. Now the show must go on as planned. Let's go see what the final episode unravels.
Continuation of the enthralling story of Mia and Grant’s story, again, ending in a cliffhanger, but closer to resolution. The heat between these two is still irresistible, but there are so many secrets that need to be revealed.
The h only learns when she is punched in the face with reality. Everyone else must be wrong and she is the only one who can see the truth!l... until...
It is a short story so listen when you are alone so you don't shock the people around you when you are screaming at the ignorance of the h!
I finally got around to continue reading this series and I have to wonder why Alana Albertson has drawn this out into another book. This was a continuation from the previous 5 books and I can’t help but feel that this could have just been one book instead of what ends up being 7. Don’t get me wrong, I did thoroughly enjoy the previous books but by this book, I am just OVER Grant, Mia and Joaquin. I will read the final book though to see how it ends.
The truth is eventually comming out and thedirection its going is something i never would have thought. Of course mia doesnt think the solutions that has come to a point is true.
