Former Marine, Vanessa Templar, never considered being security for a metal band as an alternative career choice, but as a favor to a friend, she takes the job with XVI Hours. How much trouble could a bunch of musicians get in anyway?

The answer? A lot.

Between stalkers, inter-band strife, and Oakley Godstone, the band's brand new tour manager, Vanessa has her work cut out for her. But the biggest challenge is an unknown enemy—which means working with the strangely alluring computer geek, Oakley. They must unravel the dangerously tangled web that surrounds both XVI Hours and the headlining band, Winter’s Wrath.

Without letting him become too much of a distraction.

Returning drummer for Winter’s Wrath, Tate Maddox, seeks excitement in the band after healing from his injuries, but knows this tour will be his last. Secrets tear him apart but the sacrifices he made to protect those most important to him cannot be undone. He won’t put his loved ones at risk, especially not North Beauregard, the man who was supposed to break his heart.

Instead, Tate crushed his.

As lead vocalist of XVI Hours, North has a reputation as a playboy who considers commitment as desirable as the plague. He shouldn’t have any trouble replacing Tate, and yet he can’t move on. He can fight to survive but until now, has never loved anyone enough to do so.

Why fight when the man he loves has already said goodbye?

Tell you about me? Hmm, well there's not much to say. I love hockey and cars and my kids…not in that order of course! Lol! When I'm not writing—which isn't often—I'm usually watching a game or a car show while working on promo. Going out with my kids is my only down time. I get to clear my head and forget everything.

As for when and why I first started writing, I guess I thought I'd get extra cookies if I was quiet for awhile—that's how young I was. I used to bring my grandmother barely legible pages filled with tales of evil unicorns. She told me then that I would be a famous author.

I hope one day to prove her right.

I expected to be emotionally devastated by this book, and it had it’s moments, but not all from what I figured would happen. See, I knew our sweetest drummer ever Tate, was in a bad place. He actually held it together pretty good by repressing. North completely took me by surprise with his background. And then North again caught me off-guard with his mindfulness. North flattened me with his insight, his depth of emotions, and his overall wonderfulness. Tate felt the same, and the two finally found their even-keel. Not easily, not quickly, and not without hurt and pain, but nothing worth fighting for ever came perfectly for these two

We also got another relationship here, and while the characters had me confused as to their place in the story, it quickly became apparent where they belonged

And, things ain’t over, because we have a new story arc 😊

Rocked it!!!

I have loved Tate's character since we met him. He is just someone you want to hug and love he's that special. My heart broke for him for what he was putting up with and going through for two of the guys. And North is perfect for him they balance each other out.
Lots going on, stalkers, dark web, blackmail, twists a little unraveling and one major resolution.
Liked the two new additional characters Vanessa and Oakley....I mean total opposites DO attract. Love them "VESTS"!!
And if course it wouldn't be Rocker Romance without the.....

Nothing off about this book. Reading Winter's Wrath is visiting old friends. I loved everything about this series, relationships are at the heart of each book and finally Tate - Sweet tortured Tate gets his HEA. North, is perfect for Tate. With introductions to some new characters and catching up with everyone has me ecstatic that there will be more.

Hmm I really like this author and series, but this book... cramming 2 romances into one book and being of smaller size than 1-3 has left me with disappointment. It was a good book hence the 4 star but could of been a 5 star book is it was fleshed out a bit more.

Wow

North is one intense compassionate complicated man. Tate is one strong compassionate man. They make for one strong sexy amazing couple. Could not wait to see where the story would go.

Well what can I say about this book??
There is a reason, why these books take so long to come out and we dedicated readers with favourite authors/book series etc get impatient sometimes wit playing the waiting game.
However, for this well antipicated addition to the series it was so worth the wait.
Yet again Bianca has a way of writing these books, with great imagination and attention to detail, before you know it you are hooked into the story and cannot wait to find out what happens next (expect a few late nights, like I had trying to cram the reading in as well as day to day things like WORK)!!
Fantastic story with great characters, the epilogue though...............................
Now the waiting begins for the next in the series.
Keep up the great work, your books are fantastic.

This book wrecked me so many times!!! Just shredded my soul!!! Tate has always been a favorite of mine! And there were times when his story had me in tears, other times I wanted to throw my kindle, I was so angry at the things he had to go through. But in the end Tate and North's story put all the pieces back together again.

I also loved the addition of Oakley and Vanessa's story! Can't wait to see what's going to happen next in the series. My only issue was the number of proofing errors. But I love this author so I am happy to deal with that.

Absolutely love the Winter’s Wrath series. This one definitely had me on my seat many times and staying up late to finish reading... just one more chapter. You are kept in suspense many times and it’s amazing. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next book and who the true psycho is that’s trying to hurt all the band members.

Off Beat (Winter's Wrath Book 4) by Bianca Sommerland will take you on an emotional rollercoaster ride that will leave you breathless and wanting the next book in the series ASAP. The author has a way of sucking you in, grabbing you by the throat and punching you in the gut and still leaving you with a smile. Off Beat is a fantastic addition to the series.

Strong emotional read

Oh!!! The cliffhanger !! It’s evil.
I suggest you revisit book 3 before as the books just flow into each other. A very emotional read.
