Fairly well-written, as usual, in the clipped, short-sentence style that keeps the reader hanging on every word and eager to find out what happens on the next page, next chapter, etc. A couple of minor distractions that have nothing to do with the plot (follow the bouncing flash drive - where is it now?), but otherwise tight prose with very little extra "fluff".
My main criticisms, and the reasons for 3 stars instead of 4, are that "The Boss" is too all-seeing and all-knowing (the necessary surveillance is creepy) and that the amount of travel accomplished in a very compact time frame is just not realistic (and exhausting). I didn't care for "24" for the same reasons. Other than that, it was a good read, and I look forward to the next in the series.
