Peter Blauner (b. 1959) is the Edgar-winning, New York Times bestselling author of nine novels, including SLOW MOTION RIOT and THE INTRUDER. Very interesting to learn a bit more about the job of Parole Officers. Story was great, dark off course with all the drugs and violence.

But well written, and it was nice thrilling read.
