Not as expected

The narrative style is easy to understand, but what the book lacks is a proper detailed explanation. It's easy to tell to do this and do that for example the author tells to give customised plans for different types of people but there is no record of how it has to be actually done.
Most of the points are pretty sketchy and the book feels like it has been written in a haste.
Given the hype surrounding the book, not as expected.
