A very detailed book on the DASH diet!

A very detailed book! I discovered this book by chance, and was offered a free copy so I downloaded it out of curiosity. The recipes look tasty, simple, and easy to follow along. I'm happy with the amount the amount of recipes and background information on the DASH diet.

Good information

I was recently told I need to be on a low sodium diet. This may be one way to get there. There are definitely some recipes in here I'd be willing to try. The information about the diet and its relationship to Diabetes is helpful in determining where my wife's diet would fit in definitely helps too.

While the DASH diet is a good way to diet for lowering blood pressure and weight loss, the cover is misleading to imply that this book aids in managing diabetes naturally. The suggests showing the book to your doctor. Half of the book is recipes which do thankfully have nutritional information. With a little math you can calculate net carbs.
